Ils me menace d’avoir recours à la justice… qu’ils y aillent!!!

We would like to set the record straight.
In your case, you requested a refund simply because of personal preference, without any valid quality issues. When we declined your unreasonable request—which we consider to be akin to fraudulent behavior—you began leaving multiple false and malicious comments about us on this platform.
We value honest communication and always strive to resolve legitimate concerns. However, we cannot tolerate repeated defamation and false statements that harm our reputation. If these untrue remarks continue, we will have no choice but to take legal action to protect our rights.

First time I received my order it was fabulous. I really enjoyed it. Everything went smoothly. I unfortunately made some mistakes on my second order and hopefully it will be smooth out as well.
