Ce site vend de la contrefaçon ! Ç est des arnaqueurs j’ai acheté des lunettes a156e et ils se sont décomposés tout seuls sans les toucher qualité 0. J’ai contacté par mail le service après-vente ils m’ont annoncé que les lunettes sont garantie 48h ils nous prennent pour des ignorants. Faites attention ç’est des voleurs.

I got suspicious when the box arrived and there was no branded case for them but once got broken after 1 month of usage - it was clear they are cheap Chinese version.

Expérience catastrophique du début à la fin.
Je mets une montre dans le panier sur site…évidemment le lendemain on me propose une remise supplémentaire et on me fixe une dead Line pour bénéficier de mes promotions… comment vous appâter et vous empêcher de trop réfléchir…belle technique commerciale !
Dans la foulée de la commande on me livre le colis dans un autre dépôt sans bien sûr me demander mon avis…
Je constate un gros défaut sur la maille milanaise à réception… cela ne peut pas s’agir d’un authentique… mais tout le reste est fait pour que vous y croyez…un certificat d’authenticité en papier mâché…un sachet à l’effigie de la marque…une boîte également… on essaye vraiment de vous prendre pour un lapin de 10 jours…
Je renvoie le produit à mes frais, je précise les défauts constatés…bien sûr, l’expertise du bijou par leur soin montre une parfaite adéquation de qualité avec les attendus de la marque…on ose vous trouver tous les arguments possibles pour vous démontrer que le produit est authentique …on ne prend donc pas en charge les frais de renvoi puisque le produit serait conforme… c’est leur parole contre la vôtre donc surtout faites des photos du produit comme je l’ai fait afin de pouvoir prouver ce que vous avancez.,.
Je demande donc à ce qu’on me renvoie ce si somptueux et authentique bijou que j’ai payé…et là on a le culot de me transmettre un lien afin que je paye les frais de renvoi et 15€ de frais de garde du produit… je vais me faire ravoir une 2ème fois ?! Il faut pas déconner non plus…
Bien entendu, on surfe sur votre peur de représailles, on vous menace de vous attaquer en justice, on vous demande de retirer vos commentaires sous peine de…sérieusement, surtout ne validez aucun achat et pour ceux qui tout comme moi, avez fait une expérience malheureuse, battez-vous autant que possible pour obtenir gain de cause ! Les moyens existent, les bijoux, les achats peuvent être expertisés, il y’a des lois en faveur des consommateurs ! En cas de non conformité du produit, malfaçon, suspicion de contrefaçon, les textes plaident en faveur du client ! Ne baissez pas les bras, c’est sur l’abandon des poursuites que ce genre d’escros se remplit les poches sur votre dos !

Pour ma part diverses démarches sont en cours et je ne lâcherai rien… les photos parlent d’elle même et Michael KORS se fait un plaisir de comparer mon bijou avec le sien pour prouver qu’il s’agit d’une copie !

Courage aux arnaqués et ceux qui ne le sont pas encore, faites en sorte que ça n’arrive pas…
