It was a first of a rocky experience at first, the first booster was very toxic not only to the other players, but to me even though I was outperforming them.

After a chat with customer support, it was quickly solved and the other booster that I got was very quiet and had an amazing performance.

Very good service , very helpful staff , booster friendly and a very good player , had around 30 games because of low LP gains but overall the booster lost less than 10 games helped my MMR to get better and got my desired rank , would recommend to anyone and would definetely buy again , awesome!!

I didn't know what to expect at first since I never used a boosting service, but chiboost.com offered and very good and fast experience.

Service was solid but not reliable. Overall pretty disappointing, especially because there is a lot of potential.

Had an appointment with a player scheduled. He didn't show up. Customer service told me it was due to different time zones. This excuse was unacceptable for me, because when you order, they will ask for your location (because of VPN settings). So this must never happen. I had to postpone private arrangements because of this - so this was really upsetting.

Quick responding and overall friendly. They will invite you to their discord where you are able to talk to your booster via a BOT they use to transmit chat messages.

When I told them about me issue (see above) with the booster they assigned a new one so we could continue the order. They promised me a huge discount on my next order to compensate me for my lost time and inconveniences - this NEVER happened. I just got the usual 10% discount which EVERYBODY gets when he orders. So that was the second very big disappointment for me.

The order in general was finished quite fast. I was playing with a challenger player, who was outperforming every other player in each and every game, so our winrate was pretty stellar. Smart game dodges to avoid losing lobbies and saving even more time helped to reduce overall process time.

If I had to rate the ingame perfomance only this would be an easy 5/5 but I will not. Because ordering process, customer service, reliability and keeping your promises are very important criteria for me as well. So the devaluation of my rating is clearly due to the lack of trustworthiness of chiboost.

If you only want to get the job done - this is the place to go.

If you want a pleasant experience, where you feel safe from the moment you order until you got your dream rank - avoid chiboost and look for an alternative.

I requested the same booster (Kevin) and he was flawless, so patient so kind. I made an oopsie on my order where I put the LP gains to +18 when that was incorrect, a complete error on my part, but still Kevin was understanding and still willing to complete the order after a brief compromise with customer support, I dont like to screw over my business partner and I can honestly say Chiboost is the best boosting service there is out there, you really get your BOOST for your BUCK ; ) !!!!!

Been 3 days only gained like 30 ... ya they right actually... My booster made me very aware of the circumstances and asked if it was ok which I said yes. Now he is cruising through it too tbh I saw the person in the discord who complained and I wanted to too. My apologies they do a great job. 10/10 would recommend
