Easy to order on line

Easy to order on line, process easy and website very good. They were easy to contact when I had questions and the dogs love the good quality goodies.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, even when they did not have the correct items in stock they went over and above to find a suitable replacement. My dogs love their chews, I would highly recommend.

Best subscription box by far, but little customer service…

Great products and definitely the best subscription box option on the market, but customer service is lacking. We’ve been a subscriber for months now and one of our preferences is that the box comes with no bone, but recently they’ve been arriving with treats that contain bone. I ignored the first time in case it was a one time mistake, the second time I sent them a really polite message via their website just to ask if we can make sure it doesn’t happen again moving forward. Not complaining, not asking for a refund, just letting them know that my box preferences have slipped more than once. I had absolutely no response: I wasn’t irritated by the mistakes until the poor service - now I’ve got a load of treats my dog can’t eat and I’m considering cancelling because I’ve been ignored!

I ordered a box for an XL dog aggressive chewer and the box was hardly filled, not great value for money

Great natural chews

Great natural chews, that keep my dog healthy and busy. She loves to choose one from the box (we call it her buffet) and then trots off to her bed to enjoy it.

Our second purchase - ideal.

Ordering our latest Chewbox was quick and easy. We tweaked our purchase slightly to suit our dog's requirements better, basing it on a medium rather than large dog. The parcel was delivered quickly and the contents are ideal. We know Bracken will enjoy everything!
