I'm very pleased with the team led by Ganesh. They have done an incredible job responding to all our technical requests. Chetu's willingness to go further, especially regarding time differentials, is one of the things I appreciate about him. I'm very happy with the work that was done by my Chetu team.

Chetu is a force multiplier they accomplished my task on budget and on schedule. It has been a great assett to our team and has helped us get out our best practices and hold our PMs accountable.

They did a sales presentation to us about how they would allocate an experienced pm, a team lead, and a developer to our project and how they will make sure that the work never stops to ensure the project will be delivered on time.

The project was simple, an existing code that needed improvement based on a clear requirement. We provide a full of documents and videos (yes videod) explaining the project and we had our own technology team on stand by to assist.

They said they cannot start until we pay, and it would take 2-3 days to assemble the team to start the project. So we paid, then there was complete silence. We had to follow up continuously to find out when they will start the project. 10 days later (not 2-3) we were told that the team is ready. They provided no plan, no collaboration tools, nothing, total silence. They would work only at night and they would send ad-hoc requests for meetings at 8PM, 10 PM!!

We setup the collaboration tools and organized things for them (they were supposed to do that). Then we kept asking about when they will start the development and we ketp getting emails that they are analyzing the documents and setting up the code. 3 weeks passed with the same thing, analyzing the documents and setting up the code. The fourth week we decided to terminate and the account manager would not even answer any of our emails. She did her scam, collected the money and disappeared.

When we sent an email asking for a refund as we did not get anything from them, this is what we received from their President:

Problem is that your company has hired you as a project manager and they’d be better served by firing you. YOU ARE THE JOKE ! Completely incapable with a filthy mouth that likes to send nasty emails after emails. Most bullies like you do not like the taste of their own emails when they come back at them. Let’s see how you react.



Disparagement goes all ways. You are not the only with a computer. ...will totally annihilate your brand if we expose how your software is a complete and utter mess. Perhaps, your customer and the “world” will be interested to know the bugs and flaws in an old archaic dilapidated platform…..so they are aware that you are a mere loud talking marketing outfit ripping them off. Should we start that disparagement war?

Since you are at it, have your attorneys review the contract against disparagement. Again, if you have a brain cell, understand how contracts and companies work. You are not I high-school any more.

Our Company was looking for a development house to build out a cloud-based solution for our new patent pending flagship product that will be used to track and monitor water/wastewater/sewer repairs worldwide, and Chetu is delivering every week!

We started working with them in September of 2021 and we will be launching a working model for a show in January 2022 - fast work and amazing performance!

Cost Effective for our budget (R&D with product launch is a HUGE concern for any small business trying to launch a game changer) and Chetu is right with us hand in hand making suggestions for better user experiences and better looks - all the while our Chetu Project Manage is keeping us and the teams engaged and focused on the solution!! - Overall - well done and i would recommend anyone have a chat at the least on how they can assist you!

It has been great working with Chetu. They have been able to accomplish the things we have set out to accomplish. I love having a dedicated project manager on their end to help steer the team. The only issue we saw was they struggled when they had to work with our code but did fine when they were able to start from scratch.

Chetu has been working with SpiderOak since June 2021, they have worked on 2 of our projects and currently working on a third one, SpiderOak has one resource working with us, occasionally adding a second resource for short term needs.Chetu has worked on a GIS project to provide an offline map library through Mapbox, They worked on a BBQ smoker automation project to remotely control it from anywhere through IOT devices and a Raspberry PI. Chetu is currently working on QA automation project for iOS and desktop applications.Spideroak is really happy working with Chetu, is doing an excellent work in the automation area for our Desktop application on different platforms. They are doing a great job in writing the scripts from scratch and setting up the framework for iOS platform now. Really delighted to work with them and would continue to do so, their work quality is very good and are thorough professionals in delivering the code on time.

One of the greatest frustrations in dealing with software developers is the lack of accountability with what they are working on and when. With Chetu, not only do you receive an organized plan from the start, but you have weekly meetings (more if necessary) as well as daily reports so you always know exactly what is being done and when. During the weekly meetings you see the progress and the team is very responsive at fixes or changes. In fact, they will also show you the break down of the new feature requests so you know exactly where you stand at all times.

We have enjoyed working with Chetu and plan to use them again in the future!

We hired Chetu to develop an Android app for PAX A series terminals. They were easy to work with and did a great job. I highly recommend them. Especially for someone like myself who isn't the most technically savvy.

A quick shout out to the folks at Chetu, and in particular the team "assigned" to walk alongside us as we work to improve our Salesforce implementation here at our company. We have been working with Chetu for these improvements since November 2019, and the process overall has been very smooth. Chetu has worked on 2 projects with us so far, each of which were to assist with the management of our business processes, such as customizations for our aviation student-trainer class schedules, trainer hours including payroll, etc., and a tighter "API centric" integration of our SAP Litmos LMS learning management system with Salesforce, in order to automate some of those processes. At the moment the Chetu resources we are leveraging include one Developer, a Team Lead, a Project Manager, and a Director of Operations. I would definitely consider Chetu a "force multiplier" helping me better use my development/management experience. We use Salesforce as our principal CRM, client scheduling and employee payroll platform, and having Chetu assist with making all these tools better has been invaluable.

Choosing to utilize Chetu to take our vision of a program and bring it to life has been fantastic! Their Project Manager communicates well with the team and understands how to disseminate our requests to the developers. Overall they have been productive and concise, even with our ever changing requests.
