Oh dear..the huge reduction of jar size. I normally buy at least 10 of these for Xmas presents. Sadly I won't be this year..I'm exploring options in Waitrose and Ssinsburys alike.
The jars are just too small now. Not even worth buying.

The amaretto jam is relatively nice, is a very small jar. But did not like misleading ("scan code to get your FREE JAR")
On the inside lid. It's not true you have to buy more. Can't afford more at moment. It is nice jam and they do make lovely preserves.

They kept the 30% plus reduction in jar size across the range quite….🤬

Have ordered from this company for many years, but not any more.
My recent order was for one of their chutneys, normally in 350 gram jars at £4.75 each. Yes, they are still £4.75, but the contents reduced to 210 gram jars.
My fault for not checking, but you do not expect such a blatant overpricing, or content reduction, to take place from what I considered a reputable company.

I had been getting my preserves from this company for the past three years. My latest order arrived today. I realised immediately that the jar sizes have reduced greatly since my previous order. Previously the products came in 340 gm glass jars. My latest order came in 210 gm jars. I did not not notice the change in jar size when I placed my order, my error. Pricing the same as for the larger jars previously provided. As a result of this lack of value for money I will not be ordering any more product from this company.

Don’t waste your money. My son ordered a surprise cream tea it arrived without halve the order, no cream , scones cheese rang them and they said they’d send replacement haven’t received anything . £40 wasted rang again went to answerphone what a disappointment they are

Ordered an afternoon tea package, weeks before requested, scheduled delivery for the Friday, thinking that’s fine as they must then just deliver Saturday if there’s an issue. Well NO! I was wrong and dispite me being in all day Friday, Parcelforce ( and not FedEx as it’s advertised) will only reattempt delivery mon-Friday. So if it arrives Monday, this would have been 4 days+ in transit. Cherry Tree need a much more reliable delivery method. Maybe FedEx (as you clearly state on the confirmation email) used other similar services fine in the past, can’t speak about the products themselves, but nearly all of it will have to be thrown out once and if it ever get here. 0 stars if I could for this review

I saw very good reviews and I trust that these are true . but I'm embarrassed to admit that I have not received anything yet regarding the delivery of my parcel...my neighbours saw through the window that the delivery man dropped my parcel in an extremely open and unprotected place, and incorrect address meaning that people from the street saw my parcel and stole it immediately and ran away...my neighbour who is a 60+ year old women couldn't catch the thief . what should I do now? It was a birthday gift for my closest friend and it was extremely embarrassing to admit. return my money. or something at least . you should investigate this situation and speak with this irresponsible delivery man.

Fantastic efficient customer service! Went the extra mile after I left an anniversary present until the last minute and the lovely staff helped to get me my order dispatched at short notice. The box has arrived and my parents love it! Beautifully presented and lovely contents!

Ordered few times before and missing one jar. Replaced and shipped and received next day - absolutely outstanding gold star service. Cannot recommend the company and products highly enough!

Love! Love! Love! Their products are amazing! Super tasty! The hot garlic is my absolute favourite! First tried them at bath market but they don’t have a stalk in Bristol so usually have to place an order. Orders are always on time and as expected! Their cheese with honey and fig is a must for any cheese lover! Make an order you won’t be disappointed!

Brilliant customer service! A product in my delivery was incorrect and I received a reply extremely quickly and a replacement the next day. Products are gorgeous and make great gifts

I really like their chutneys and jams but am very disappointed with an item in my order last week :-( I bought the cocktail favourites gift pack which had been reduced to £2.50. It was a gift to a poorly friend, but when I checked the date on the 2 jars one was showing 21/08/20 so well out of date! I emailed them and got a reply that it was the wrong date stamp and it was still in date for another 10 days. Well I'm sorry but that wasn't good enough. They should have this information on the listing. I would never have bought the item if I had known this. I felt very disappointed as I couldn't give this as a gift with a date stamp that said it was a year out of date! Very poor customer service and with all the other companies out there I shall not buy from them again! They have lost a good customer, which in the times we are having is just not good business sense!

Ordered a gift for a birthday turned up on the day person loved it so well packed everything chilled and ice bags still frozen brilliant service thanks very much highly recommend

What an excellent company and brilliant service! Had some issues with the courier but they sorted these within minutes! The products looks amazing and taste great too.

I ordered a selection of chutneys, curds and a marmalade and on receiving them found that the box was left on my doorstep sideways on and the box was demaged. On opening most of my jars lids had 'popped' up. I contacted Cherry tree who were very empathetic,pleasant and helpful and have arranged to send me replacements which I'll get in a few days(due to Bank Holiday) excellent customer service that matches their excellent and extremely tasty products! Can't fault them at all!

I was given a jar of the Hot Garlic Pickle by Cherry Tree Preserves by a friend as a gift. It was so tasty and delicious I purchased some more and we tried others. The quality is great the jams you can actually taste the individual flavours. Thoroughly worth the money we now don't buy any other brand.

Amazing products tastes lovely, very helpful and fast in replying to me when asking questions.

I saw an advert for Cherry Tree Preserves on Facebook and the moment I clicked the link I was hooked. The vast selection is curds and jams are amazing; great classic flavours and some innovative ones too. Turkish delight curd for example! The parcel also arrived very quickly and perfectly packed. Well worth ordering enough to get free delivery.
