Will definitely repurchase from them

I bought 3 Japanese sunscreens from here. Previously purchased from the evil Amazon and I didnt want to this time, plus Amazon prices had doubled. I found cheripai and decided to give them a go. Glad I did, the shipping was quick, products were packaged very securely and communication was great. If you sign up to newsletter you get 10% off code. I will repurchase my Korean and Japanese skincare from here. Sunscreen seems legit. Thank you Becki. Also the Skin Aqua UV super moisture essence is the best sunscreen ever and the only one I've ever repurchased!!!

I love this so much I used it every…

I love this so much I used it every night after washing my face for a week and my skin has never been clearer and smoother I’ve bought it another 2 times since then and I don’t think I’ll ever look back! Also lovely place to buy from the owner is so sweet and lovely especially with returning customers!

A sincere thank you from me

I initially had a technical issue retrieving the discount code. I emailed Cheripai on a Sunday and so was expecting a response later on a weekday- so what a pleasant surprise when I found a swift response from Cheripai and an automatic retrieval of the discount code plus a lovely email from them. I don’t expect anyone to work on a Sunday- you should be resting!!- but still it was very thoughtful and I really really appreciated it. When my package came (which was very quick btw) a really sweet card came with it. I’ve been going through a lot of extreme stress and sadness lately, so those little acts of kindness from the pleasant email to the nice message in the card really made all the difference. I can tell this business cares a lot about their customers. But yes - apologies for the long message but thank you truly :).
