I would avoid using this company again

I would avoid using this company again. Haven’t tried the products yet but they were very late in arriving. I was told I’d be receiving a substantial discount for the inconvenience they’d caused with the long delay but to date they’ve ignored my emails chasing this up. Really unprofessional company with some very rude staff working there.

Now, let's delve into the matter of the delay in processing your order, especially during the Black Friday sale. Regrettably, the surge in orders during this period, particularly for larger items, resulted in some delays. We were transparent about these challenges and communicated the situation to our customers.

Despite our efforts to keep you informed, it appears that our explanations were disregarded. It is disheartening that, rather than engaging in constructive dialogue, you chose to employ aggressive tactics, making demands under the threat of a negative review. We cannot condone or entertain such coercive behavior, as meeting such demands would compromise the integrity of our business.

We sympathize with your frustration regarding the delay, but we cannot succumb to unreasonable demands. Our commitment to fairness prevents us from offering 50% discounts that are unsustainable for our small business. It is regrettable that, in response to our refusal, you chose to escalate the situation by making false accusations and threats.

We believe in constructive criticism and are open to addressing legitimate concerns. However, bullying, aggression, and harassment have no place in our interactions. We take the wellbeing of our staff seriously, and such behavior is unacceptable.

Despite these challenges, we extended a goodwill gesture in an attempt to find common ground. Unfortunately, your response deemed our offer offensive. It is regrettable that a resolution could not be reached through a more amicable discourse.

We hope you reconsider your stance and engage with us in a more constructive manner. We remain committed to resolving this matter amicably and appreciate your understanding.

Took money but item was not in stock

Ordered a stroller that was on offer, a kinderkraft nubi 2. Next day receive an email saying it was out of stock and will be refunded in 5 working days. Firstly why take the order if it was out of stock? It shouldn't allow me to process the order and now you have my money and I have to wait to get it back. Quick to take the money but takes 5 days to send back , ridiculous. Maybe invest in a stock management system that doesn't allow people to place orders for non existent items. Will not be using this company ever again, useless!!
