Chellymova 

This is the worst shoe company I've ever came across. I ordered on September 3 and now it's November 8th, I've wrote them several times, verification of a phony tracking number was verified by the USPS.

Do not oder from this company I oder some tennis shoes August the 4 it's now September the 13 and I still have no receive them.!! I email them 6 times they tell me there stuck somewhere they hope I get them soon they dont give your money back but tell me there stuck somewhere called a custom I dont know what the hell that is!! Or where that is !! DO NOT ODER FROM THIS PEOPLE DO NOT!!! AND I STILL DONT HAVE THE SHOES AND THIS POINT I DONT EVEN WANT THEM

The quality of the shoes that I bought are horrendous. They are worse than anything you would buy at the dollar store. I sent a complaint email and asked for my money back and heard nothing. I might as well have burned the $60 dollars I wasted on their products

I just would to say I've learned very much valuable info reading these reviews about Chellymova.
But what I'd like to bring up is the fact that almost every other day I'm seeing a new company pop up in Pinterest, or DailyMail and all these companies seem to be working out if China. I noticed in one review a girl said it said nowhere in Chellymova's ad that it was a China company. I'm not sure if there isn't anything we can do to make these company's required to state their country of origin. For one thing there were several gifts I bought at Xmas, that companies like Deallilly were from China and here since it was Xmas time and everyone was trying to buy gifts in time and then I find out in Jan that the company is from China and almost seems like they (the products) come over on a slow boat! If anyone knows anything about a law requiring a company to put their country's origin please let us know up front.

The worst company online .i bought a boots for 59€ and I received another boots from China completely different in quality and color.they want refund me just 15%. It.s really a fraud.

Do not buy from this company!! I purchased 3 dresses from them. They were not as advertised, size, color, fabric and so poorly made. When i asked for a refund, i first had to take pics of each package skew and the item. Shipping was going to cost me $50 (i already pd $20 to have them shipped to me). Rather than invest another $50, they offered me a 10% refund & keep the dresses, which i will throw away (they are that bad). I can’t believe i got scammed! I’m thinking of calling my bank to report it.

This company is the worst they never return the money and the product is fake. I ordered a wig and is more fake that the ones sale for Halloween. This company is a scam don't buy anything from here.

Be ware of this company... they are scammers and if you order anyway you will not receive what you ordered.

The pics are fake. Same poses with superimposed clothing and the models faces are always hidden. Incase the models sue maybe?

Very disappointed with the poor quality of the dress I ordered and paid $78 for.

I've been asking for rh9reruen address for a month, all they've offered is a $20 refund.

Got my lady shawer and it was not sealed in the box . I could se that the box has been open and the shawer has been yoused there was hair on it.
I write to Chellymova but every time, i got a computer message back.
Unfortunately i have a packet more on the way so i hope that is okay.
I never bay there again.

Never buy on this website. The clothing is extremely synthetic and far from images on the website. The company has a return policy - it should be easy and free to return, but .... When you ask for a return address, you are asked if you could not instead give the dress to a friend and otherwise you can keep it and get a small amount in compensation. I'm sure you never receive 1 penny. If you insist on returning you will be told to pay the return postage and shipping fee, the package must be photographed and proof that the shipping fee is paid!
I have acknowledged that my plastic hell will end up in the trash - in the plastic sorting bin

Ordered the overalls(jumpsuit) with flowers and the lacy high neck blouse. They arrived within a couple of weeks. TERRIBLE strong smell, like a cleaning product. Flowers on fabric are extremely cheap iron ons, already peeling off right out of the cheap ziploc type bag they came in. "Metal" parts (clips for straps) are so cheap, I could've made stronger ones from aluminum foil !!! I threw the "clothing" in the trash, worthless. Not even good enough to donate!!!

Bought a top for my wife and after 6 weeks it arrived. Excited about giving it to her. Opened it and did not look anywhere close to what I ordered. No problem because it said they accept returns. Fun times begin: requested return authorization and get an email asking me to "sell" it to a friend! (good way to lose a friend). Or give it away and they will "authorize" a 10% credit. Next time it was raised to a 15% credit. A few more emails and they did finally give a return address in China and said it would cost very, very much to return it and I would have to pay shipping which I figured. Threw it in the trash as it would not even make a good rag. Also, when the charge came thru my bank there was a debit for an ATM fee + the charge for the top itself. I'm out $41.60 + $.33 atm fee. Lesson learned about dealing on ANYTHING being shipped from China. BUYER BEWARE.

The products of the images do not correspond to reality. The quality is appalling and the return service is a scam.

The photos of the clothes are fabulous - then you get them. Not the same material pictured, of very inferior quality. The earrings are so poorly made I could not even put them in because the post was so big. It is almost comical. I am in process of asking for refund, but am anticipating the same problem that the others have had. I may end up disputing this purchase with my credit card company because I did not get what I paid for.

I had a terrible experience with this company, Chellymova, as it appears everyone else has! They tell you you can return products but the fact is, it will cost you dearly to do so. In lieu of sending their VERY INFERIOR products back to them, they will give you a 10% refund of the purchase price. Then, when you tell them that isn't going to cut it, they tell you they will give you 15% of purchase price in order to preserve the "friendship." This is not a friendship, it is a business transaction. The blouse I purchased looked nothing like the photo in their ad, was made with the most inferior fabric, the colors were dreadful and it was generally a piece of crap. DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. They are made in China and you will have no recourse if you're not happy. mnix

BEWARE!! This companies operating practices would be illegal in the USA. Nowhere on their web-site does it let a consumer know that Chellymova is a company based in China. It also fails to tell the consumer that returns will have to be paid by the US consumer, BACK TO CHINA!! The federal government should investigate this company and I will most assuredly be passing this information onto EVRY website possible to see that this companies practices are SHUT DOWN.
