Good customer service from PAULA.

This company is a complete scam. They pop up when you try to pay for parking on apcoa connect and take payment without you realising it. They have apprently cancelled my 'subscription' but I am waiting to see if they take payment. If they do i will report them to both the bank as fraduulant and also the police.

I was scammed either by this company or someone using their name. With luck, my credit card company will block whoever from getting payments from innocent victims who were literally trying to download a legitimate Parking app, in my case where there was no parking meter!

If Chefspicehub.Com is a proper business, they need to stop this happening, if it is being done by an employee, using their systems, or risk loss of reputation!!

Very helpful today, with the hope that my problem is resolved. The lady understood my situation and dealt with it promptly, I will just need to wait for refund.
Just to be clear, I didn’t sign up to this company, I was only paying for parking on an app but ended up with losing money from my account, please be careful everyone , it’s been call after call trying to sort this out.

Was downloading a parking app and download hijacked by this 'company'. They immediately took a subscription fee from my account but despite talking to a customer advisor who confirmed the account was cancelled, I am still being hounded with notices of sub renewal. I cancelled my card which was a real bother but was the only way to stop them. They have since tried to take money from my account but have been declined.

SCAM !! DONT KNOW HOW I ENDED UP WITH SUBSCRIPTION - I WAS TRYING TO PAY FOR PARKING !!!

Tried email, email was returned "this email doesn't exist"
So called CYPRUS!!

The gentlemen I spoke to said 14 days to cancel, during which period my €44 subscription fee was due - i explained SEVERAL TIMES that I dont even know HOW I ended up with this subscription and I am NOT paying it - i asked to cancel IMMEDIATELY, but was told that this would also incur a fee !! NO WAY !

After 10mins arguing and speaking to 2 supervisors, I had my subscription cancelled - email with confirmation...

Utterly appalling !! Stressful and confusing !!

I STIILL don't know how I managed to sign up while paying for parking !!!

I don’t as forced into submitting a review to get my refund, I have now been charged again along with another part of their company CHEFsPICE both CON artist, SCAM SCAMMED SCAMMERS don’t actually fully know how I got signed in but list £120 across chefspice and hybridforus both at the same address

Got hooked while trying to download a parking Ap in a hurry, this site crept in a took a pound payment before Id noticed.

I emailed them and chatted online the same day and cancelled it with them, and thought Id call it a lesson learned.

Then they went on to try to take a subscription fee £21.90 so I was forced to contact the bank reported it as fraudulent, its a complete pain.

TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST, SCUM BAGS xxx

I wanted to activate Meta Quest 3 and got redirected by 3rd party QR scan app to their website to make payment. I thought this was a Meta site I paid for and then found out it was a scam.
