The customer service from this company is impeccable, buying my first japanse knife was a long decision making progress with the amount of options there are out there, I shot the team a message on Facebook and had a good chat about what I wanted from a knife and what my general use would be, they reccomended a gyoto and a Honesuki and answered many questions i had. They were shipped on Monday and delivered by Thursday. From Australia to the UK in four days is extremely impressive, great looking knifes, very sharp and i can't wait to use them. Thanks for all the help guys you've been amazing and I will be back for future purchases.
