Apology
A few days ago I posted a review saying the company was a rip as I could not cancel and receive a refund. I would like to say that I have been refunded since and the problem was a clerical error. I would like to wish this start up luck in the future.

Very misleading advertising
Very misleading advertising, and the "ballot box" off 5 star reviews here seems VERY LIKELY to be the work of shills for the company.

It our just interviews of the chefs…
It our just interviews of the chefs cooking, I expected more new techniques, experiences, the reason behind things, instead of just off-the shelf recipes

Hello!
Thank you for your positive review and taking the time to give us feedback. Unfortunate to hear that it doesn't seem to work out with streaming the masterclasses. Have you tried one of the options below?
With a Google Chromecast you can easily stream the masterclasses from your device to your television. You will need the Google Home app for this. A second option is to choose the ‘casting’ option (click on the 3 dots at the top right of your browser) from Google Chrome. Option 3 is to connect your laptop to the television with a HDMI cable.
Please let me know at hello@cheflix.com if you need any more help!
Culinary regards,

Never nooit doen

On its way to 5 stars - so staying tuned
I tried Cheflix for the Björn Frantzén series and have already made some wonderful dishes for friends from there. Really great classes, good explanation, achievable results and quite engaging. He's a hard act to follow and so I've been finding it a little difficult to find the next series to fully dive into.
Good to see some diversity starting to creep in - right now the vast majority of choices are white, northern European men (mostly Dutch since that's where the service originates), but I'm looking forward to more flavours, more voices and more cultures from right across Europe and around the world as Cheflix (hopefully) progresses towards being a 5-star platform.

Hello Andrew,
Thank you very much for the extensive review! And great to hear that you already spoiled your friends with some recipes from Björn Frantzén.
We totally agree that we need more diversity. And it's our goal to show all the different cultures and cuisines from all over the world. Did you see that we launch an Indian masterclass next month? And the Thai cuisine the month after? A lot to look forward to!
Thank you again for your review. Much appreciated!
