Great course, useful information for the artisan chocolatier

Amazing.
Except I was declined from Facebook group

I have done all the current courses and havent regretted spending my money. Each course is presented in a clear concise way with huge amounts of valuable information. The pdf notes are clear and well written with additional information and more recipe information.
If you are unsure whether to spend the money then I can only say you wont be disappointed if you do.

The Shine and Decor is an outstanding tutorial for beginners or advanced chocolatiers. Every step is thoroughly explained and I learned so many techniques and tricks and it was fun!! I’m anxious to try everything! I highly recommend it!!

I have really enjoyed and learned a lot from Chef Jungstedt's other courses but in the Shine and Décor course he takes it to the next level!
This course is for anyone who're struggling with their shine or, e.g., don't understand why the colors sometime stick to the mold, getting dull spots and so on. It's also a course for anyone that're looking for deeper knowledge, how to perfect their work or who just like to learn new décor techniques.
In the Shine and Décor course you will get a very detailed and deep understanding of how to work with cacao butter colors. The dos and don’ts along with over 30 décor demonstrations that you will be able to watch over and over again as many times you like. You will be taught how to get perfect results in your own kitchen without having to spend a fortune on machines. Or, if you do have them, how to benefit from using them. I really recommend this course. You will be taught the knowledge how to perfectly work with cacao butter from a master. Thank you chef for sharing your knowledge with us.

I just found Chef Jungstedt this year and immediately started following. I came at the perfect time so that I could purchase all 3 of his courses! I am experienced in chocolate work, but I love learning from different chocolatiers because each has their own techniques.
I love how detailed Chef Jungstedt is in his explanations. He is a very meticulous chocolatier, I can tell, which I appreciate a lot as I consider myself to be pretty focused on following exact rules. He has amazing advice and designs and I'm just excited to incorporate some of his tips into my own work! Highly recommend. :)
