Kalle is an incomparable, very versatile and up-to-date chocolatier who knows how to share his knowledge very clearly. I cannot recommend his trainings enough. It's hard to imagine getting better value for money from any chocolate education

I ordered several bonbon molds. I was so surprised on how fast they arrived I’m in the U.S.
when I made bonbons using Chef Jungstedt molds. I was really impressed with the design easy to paint and the crack out was 100%.

Har beställt praliner till påsk, har redan provat Grand cru-asken. Heavenly!! Liten ask med så fantastiska smaker. Helt galet bra. Påskpralinerna längtar man till man får äta på påskafton. 15/10 stjärnor 🌟!!

I found the course really good, helped me with tempering, capping, shine and being less messy.

Years of information and knowledge shared in video’s it is a lot to take in, but you have the option to watch it as many times as you need.

Kalle Jungstedt is a great teacher. In one and the same video he supports both the starting amateur and the high end professional. He's friendly, has a clear explanation, loads and loads of knowledge he likes to share and make you a better AND happier chocolatier. By smart ways of work, more efficient without great investments in tools/machines. So worth way more than every penny!

If you're thinking about booking the coaching call, then do it, don't think about it any further. Kalle is a great teacher with a lot of experience and adapts his tips to your personal circumstances.
