Paid and did not receive the product
I paid for the upgrade, so I could check if any finance was on a particular vehicle. The app would not allow me to log in and kept saying the email address or the password was incorrect. So I requested a password reset to be emailed and never received the email. I contacted customer services via a form on their website, because there is no telephone number. Sent an email and that bounced back. Unfortunately I paid via my debit card instead of PayPal. Ended up using another company and their system work without a problem. Checkamotor was a cheap option and this shows in the service.
