Avoid – only respond when BBB forces them
Check Advance USA ignored my emails until I filed a BBB complaint. Only then did they respond, and even that reply dodged my actual settlement request. They confirmed my ACH revocation, but refused to provide a fair hardship resolution in writing. Instead they tried to push me to “call” them, which is just a tactic to avoid leaving a paper trail. I have filed complaints with CFPB and BBB. This company does not handle hardship in good faith and should be avoided.
