Got subscription for YouTube Premium and Spotify Premium Duo. Both subscriptions were delivered within 24 hours. Samra and MZ helped me out with it they were quick with their responses.

It has been months since I tried to order a subscription for Apple Music. The supplier would only message me at 2 or 3 am and never fulfilled my order. I’m out my money and never received my subscription. I have used cheapzy for years and not had any issues but this supplier is absolutely terrible. Do not recommend.

YouTube canceled my subscription and issued a refund Cheapzy has KEPT THE REFUND and hasn't fixed this. I've had a support ticket open for 5 MONTHS and it's gone NO WHERE. The owner Marzap meanwhile is blaming his supplier (which their site says they dont use) and meanwhile STILL SELLS SUBSCRIPTIONS to new users. This site is total garbage. You've been warned.
Sidenote - The fact all of the 5 star reviews on here are generic should raise some red flags. Read the 1 star reviews and you see a detailed trend.

Almost 1k reviews. But over 90% of the 5* reviews are definitely fake profiles as they all sound like "generic comments" or poorly made 1 review profiles bought by cheapzy.
Let me share my experience in 2026.
When you buy a subscription you pay in advanced for a full year. There is 0 guarantees as you are not protected in your payment as they only accept payment methods that only protect the seller.
After a month if you're lucky things will go smoothly. But in my case 2 weeks I keep getting errors. I had to jump to a new plan under a different account. Eventually they will stop responding or ignore if you ask about updates. For me I just asked once every couple days.
They don't have online support 24/7 and replies takes up to a full day. There is always some personal issues he mentions. Basically an excuse on why things aren't working. I suspect he's a 1-man operation. Although some person named "Samra" is now support. Before it was Marzap the owner.
I read most of the comments to verify the legitimacy. He uses long lengthy responses to comment on 1* reviews as he has plenty of time to write detailed responses but takes ages to fix any service related issues. I waited over 2 weeks one time when there was no service. I'm currently waiting another week as I type this. I've been patient but in 2026 his services don't work properly. You will face errors and delays. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

Paid for YouTube, account cancelled and no refund, ignoring messages
I paid for YouTube Premium, and the account was cancelled by Google a few weeks later.
I was happy with the service at first, but he has completely ignored me, after multiple attempts to reach out, via his own ticketing system, he's simply stopped replying.
Worst of all, the money has been refunded by Google. This is costing him nothing. Furthermore, if I make a new ticket for YouTube, a customer service agent replies within a few minutes. Sad to say but this is a scam service if they treat their customers like this.

If you have issues you are screwed
Service was fine until Youtube gave a refund back to them for suspecting the service being used in the wrong country. Opened a ticket, emailed support multiple times. No responses. Last update was given in February but this happened LAST December. Its been nearly 5 months of dodging. Keeps promising they will restore the service or refund us but seems like an empty promise because there has been no movement on the tickets and radio silence on the inquiries. Moved the Youtube issues to a separate discord channel so its separated so everything seems fine. Looks like I'm out the money I paid for this "service". Avoid this like the plague.

I wish I had seen an honest review before using this service. Here is what actually happens:
1. FALSE ADVERTISING — They advertise and explicitly confirm individual premium single accounts at the point of sale, but what you actually receive is a family plan account. When you call them out on this, they make endless excuses instead of taking responsibility or delivering what was promised.
2. PAYPAL TRAP — They push you to pay via PayPal Friends & Family, which means you have zero buyer protection if anything goes wrong. This is a deliberate tactic to avoid chargebacks. Always pay via Goods & Services, never Friends & Family.
3. FAKE 24/7 SUPPORT & SLOW SETUP — They advertise 24/7 live support and same-day or instant delivery. It took 2 full days just to get my subscription set up. When issues arose later, responses took over 24 hours and were completely unhelpful. There is nothing 24/7 about this service.
4. FAKE WARRANTY — They advertise a 100% refund guarantee and full 12-month warranty. My subscription stopped working after less than 3 months. When I asked for a refund for the unused 9 months, they refused.
5. NO RESOLUTION — Instead of honoring their guarantee, they forced me to accept a completely different product I never asked for. When I refused, they closed my support ticket without any refund or resolution.
6. OWNER'S OWN WORDS — When I escalated, the owner (marzap) responded personally. He admitted he only wanted to offer a partial refund, said I should cover the cost of the subscription he paid for, called my legitimate complaint 'entitlement', told me I was 'not special', and then unilaterally closed the ticket saying he would 'consider it resolved'. I have screenshots of this entire conversation.
This is not a misunderstanding. This is a business that advertises one thing, delivers another, makes excuses when confronted, and when challenged further, the owner becomes dismissive and hostile.
Save your money. Do not trust the fake five-star reviews on this page.

Your response contains several false claims that I will address directly:
1. FAMILY PLAN — You claim you do not sell family plan accounts, yet you set me up on a family plan from the very beginning; not as a temporary solution after my subscription failed. This is not something I declined; this is what I was given from day one. You cannot rewrite history.
2. PAYPAL FRIENDS & FAMILY — You did not present this as an option. It was framed as an instruction. Customers are directed to pay this way specifically because it removes their buyer protection. Calling it optional does not make it ethical when it is the default method pushed on every customer.
3. SUPPORT DELAYS — You claim you communicated delays due to a ban wave. Your timelines kept shifting without any notice or explanation. You did not reach out to inform me when you supposedly fixed the issue. I only discovered it after sending multiple chasers, and only then did you respond. And when I logged in, it broke again immediately. Two days of a silent fix that failed on first login is not a resolution. You advertise 24/7 support and same-day delivery, a ban wave does not excuse promises you cannot keep.
4. REFUND POLICY — Your website explicitly advertises a 100% refund guarantee with no conditions attached. Now you are saying refunds are not guaranteed for YouTube Premium and Spotify. This directly contradicts your own advertising. A fair refund would be proportional to the service not delivered — 9 months worth. Instead, your so-called partial refund required me to cover your own costs, which is not a refund, it is shifting your business expenses onto the customer.
5. TICKET CLOSURE — You did not make multiple attempts at resolution in good faith. The original ticket was closed unilaterally by your owner with insults, calling me entitled for asking for what was advertised. New tickets I subsequently opened were also closed without being addressed. That is not resolution. That is repeated dismissal.

Support almost nonexistent with Youtube Premium
Had a good experience to begin with, starting January of 2026 things have gone downhill quickly. Marzap, the head of Cheapzy, made a post about Youtube mass cancelling many of these subscriptions and offered everyone a full year as compensation, as they had come up with a solution but it would be slow to implement. To me, this was not a problem as obviously there will be hiccups with a service like this, but communication has just gotten increasingly worse.
He initially replied fairly quickly and explained the situation in a few announcements. However, in early February he mentioned that he was speeding up the process and that everyone should be sorted in about 3 weeks (based on his own timeline in an announcement). I messaged him in mid-March as there were no updates and I still had not received any notice and everything should have been completed by then. Still nothing.
The last private message I received on discord (despite him saying discord service is much better and quicker) was on January 22nd. The last announcement he made was on February 7th. I have tried messaging for an update 3 times: February 24th, March 19th, and again today. I haven't seen or heard anything. Pretty disappointing to receive radio silence when all I am asking for is an update. I think he realizes that most of these customers are SOL as the time limit for chargebacks has likely passed.
I hate to give a one-star, but like I said, even coming into this knowing that a service like this comes with its potential risk, I think this situation has been handled incredibly poorly. I am now just sitting here hoping that my premium gets reinstated for a year and the man is good on his word. The sad part is even with all of this if he had communicated I would have given the benefit of the doubt (as I already have for months) and probably continued subscribing. At this point, however it shakes out, I don't think I will be a repeat customer.
Edit- Marzap has said on here, and discord, that he will prioritize folks looking for a refund, and said he will literally filter messages with the word refund to keep them at a high priority. After sending another message and writing this review, 5 days ago I finally asked for a refund and still haven’t received any response. Seems like they have scaled far beyond their means and support is basically nonexistent. So, be careful. While other platforms may be easier to work with/more lenient with crackdown on loopholes, if it goes south it is likely you will be out the cash and left with no response if things go south. Incredibly disappointing service from someone whose (increasingly sparse) responses to these reviews suggest a high level of attention and care.

Paid for a Youtube family membership…
Paid for a Youtube family membership using my existing Youtube account. At the start of the process I was informed this was no problem at all. However, they locked my account to some single membership that cannot be cancelled, in a way bricking my account (for 12 months). They did try then to setup an alternate account with the family membership (even though is was not in line with what I requested, but I thought better than nothing). However, that account only worked for 1 month until it got blocked by Youtube.
I've been in contact through Discord with someone names Marzap. Communication was great and fast until after I made the payment. After that it got extremely slow, and now I am just being ignored (last response more than a month ago).
For some people it might work out, but I would highly advise against it as this has cost me a lot more money with Youtube directly (since I now need to have separate individual memberships), plus I of course spend money on Cheapzy.
Might not be an outright scam (they did response at the start sometimes), but I was for sure scammed.
