CW are a known scam… you really need to check the review from trustpilot, facebook, reddit before to buy on that website.

I order the 10 Feb, my tracking wasnt still send the 13 so i contact the cheapweed support, after 72hrs he answer me and send me the tracking, when i check it was saying * A shipping label has been created * until the 13 (we was the 16) so i contact support again, they say after another 24hrs they will correct the situation the next day… i re-wait until the 18, contact them that day, they never answer back, so the 20 feb i ask a refund, still no answer.

I try to send them a new order with a EMT transfert the 20feb (with a random password) and they try to accept it, they litteraly ask me to remake the transfert, but they never answer about my not shipped order..

Right now we are the 23 feb, i still dont get any answer so yeah, i just realise after 3yrs of buisness they was really scamming people when they want to

Love there product but because of delivery issue have lots money x2 and im unhappy becasue the customer service i received was next to none and lost my order because of it. If your outside of BC id pick a nother place that can get the product you pay for, to you. Lots of good product in the world thats for sure. Improve your delivery service and you might have something here.

This company sells you tainted or unsellable cannabis. If substandard cannabis is what you are after you still have to keep your fingers crossed cheapweed.io doesn’t straight steal your money.

I order from moms since 2017 almost every weeks and in my opinion, cheapweed used to be a good market but unfortunately, it is now not worth to do business with them anymore... reason is simple, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR COSTUMER NO MATTER THE QUANTITY YOU BUY !! ... psychos are running the chat, often rhude, arrogant and unprofessional, they never answer to complaints and are going to ghost almost 100% if there is an issue...their price selection is a bit higher than other and quality doesn't necessarily meet expectations, strains are not always the right one and their most expensive section is 4/5 bad cured buds that only look good, no taste, not sticky, weak effect, doesn't burn clean etc.. Got shipped the wrong strain (lower price) and they ghost me, i've never received even a single answer from them and they won't. Costumer service deserve 0/5 they literally hate their client I know it

Bought 4 oz of Death Budda was perfect, bought 4 oz of Pink Goo was so moldy couldn't be smoked couldn't believe they couldn't smell it . Told them the situation and they said take a pic which I did and they completely ghosted me. They never answered my emails and all I wanted was a credit and they could have there moldy weed back. It's unfortunate because I used the site for 3 years previous and never had an issue and each time purchasing at least 8 ozs at a time. Lots of other sites out there your just hurting yourself ,word gets around fast when you screw people over .

Absolutely horrible customer service Canada Post lost my shipment ,cheap weed site says I am entitled to a replacement ,got ghosted by cheap weed as they refuse to refund or replace would not recommend

Asked for a sample got told stop being a typical indian. Horrible customer care. Seen on reddit the owner Tony scammed over a $100k from ppl by not filling orders and taking their money. He's racist and full of himself. Save your money as there are plenty of BETTER alternatives/MoMs.

Great company, great customer service and amazing prices and quality. Been using for 3 years now, only ever had a couple of issues that were rectified immediately. Delivery is quick and easy, and always free for me because it’s over a certain amount. I get being skeptic at first when using a company like this where you send the $ first before getting the product, but I assure you they’re a 100% legitimate company 💯💯. I’ve seen some reviews of people saying they’ve been a customer for a decade, there’s a reason why they have such loyal customers. I was nervous when I placed my first order, here take my money and let’s hope you’re a reputable company lol. I was overly surprised and satisfied with my purchase and haven’t looked back in 3 years. IM REALLY REALLY REALLY MISSING THEM RIGHT NOW DURNING THIS CANADA POST STRIKE 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢. Hopefully they’re back soon lol. But yeah I highly highly recommend this company, you wont be disappointed.

Horrible experience. Tony left my unit # off my address and I never got my package. He then blamed me, even though my address was up to date on my profile. He never replied to emails until 3 weeks later to tell me it was my fault and I will not get my money back. All he had to do was update my address with Canada post. Why wouldn’t he do that? Because he robbed me of $850.00. Package was sent back to them and they don’t take packages back. I wonder why.. because he’s a scam artist.

Don't trust reviews on their website, I posted this review after I tryed reaching out to them twice by email to their shipping and support team. They deleted it from their website and never bothered following up with me this 3rd time they had a chance.

"Hi, I humbly consider myself a good customer but every time I order a pound it gets here with a gram or two missing and never fussed about it. I just open this last order and this time it was missing 11 grams. Is it your policy to shortchange your customers when they order bigger quantity?

This company takes absolutely 0 responsibility for their own mistakes. During the Canada Post strike I ordered from multiple companies and all besides Cheapweed.io arranged for other couriers to deliver. Cheapweed however went so far as to blame ME for making the order even though they did not advertise which courier they were using. Absolutely avoid this company!

Great products and pricing! I've been a customer since January 2021, placed 18 orders and have always been more than satisfied. My orders varied, mostly Premium Dank, Mercedes Hash, Live Resin, Shatter and I always got what I ordered and paid for, never a discrepancy.
I highly recommend, why waste your money at the OCS? Their Premium Dank is always that! I grow and have been in the retail cannabis scene for many years and know their pricing is very affordable. Growers know what it costs to produce a good product.

Been a regular custommer for years but will never order again since Canada post lost my package and cheapweed decided to laugh and never refund me even when their politic say they refund in these circumstances... Emma the worst custommer representative I ever saw allows herself to give you immature unprofessional answers if she is in a bad mood or if she judge you are not important enough for her at the moment! Quality is always dissapointing anyway!

GARBAGE VAPE CARTRIDGES!!!! ordered vape cartridges attempt to install first wouldn't screw in then the capsule shattered in my fingers glass in fingers and wasted product . sad day

Wish I could give them 0 stars. I ordered a half ounce of live resin but the order wasn't high enough for shipping(they make you spend $225 for your order to be shipped) so I just topped up my order with $50 in edibles I don't even need. Received my package and no gummies. Through various emails I was finally told I would get a $50 credit at the store but they would not send me the gummies and next time I should record myself unpackaging the product. Emma is a useless customer service representative!!!

This is the second time In 3 years I have been scammed by Tony and "CHEAP WEED"....

It's been a while since I've bothered to order from Cheapweed. I've never had bad customer support, Emma is fast and professional and seems to care. I read the reviews and I feel like most of them claiming to be scams may be bogus, as I've never had this experience with my orders. However, since I've ordered from them I've had many many obvious scam emails claiming to be CW or other MOMs. It makes you wonder what they're doing with your info for this to occur in the first place. I do want to give my two cents on the quality of their weed though. I've ordered from them a few times in the past and the weed I got was always what was advertised but really wasn't at all good. The Animal Cookies was the only strain I tried that actually tasted like weed. Everything else tasted like dirt. The Black Tuna was almost $200 for an oz (ridiculous, you can get quads cheaper on the street) and smelled like a public pool, also tasted like dirt. The Purple Huckleberry was not naturally purple, even the stems and kief were purple, looked like it was grown with purple dye in the water, also tasted like dirt and full of seeds. Tony's "Trunk Funk" didn't get me high at all and I ended up giving it away after smoking an oz. The recipient wasn't thrilled with it either. Waste of a half lb. I've swapped ounces with a friend that orders from CW, Pink Lemonade, and a few others. Nothing was worth writing home about. Stopped getting high after around the 7g mark on each batch that did work, THC contents aren't as advertised. Also none of it keeps, even with Boveda pouches, even in proper containers. I ended up throwing out the last 2oz of each .5lb I kept. It's like it sat for years before they shipped it. I kept ordering hoping I could find a strain I was happy with, but it just wasn't for me. I've never tried their concentrates or anything else, so I can only speak for the herb. I want to say you get what you pay for but you can get way better weed for cheaper on the streets or at any of the many more reputable MOMs out there. I will grant them that it's been 8 months since I've ordered from them, so quality could have easily stepped up since. The friend I used to swap CW ounces with still orders regularly and seems to have always been satisfied, so again, this is just not a MOM that's for me. I would still avoid this MOM, and if you choose to order, realize that it seems to be a risk.

I purchase weed from this place, cheap weeds, and the weed was damp. I had to dry it out on my own lost weight and money would not recommend this place at all. Customer service is on the poor side as well.

Received an empty box in mail
Zero done by them to take accountability. Took the L as they gave me credit points.
Logged on a few weeks ago and points are gone even though I haven't used them. Stole my money and my credits given to "make up" for thievery.
Now ordered to give them another chance.
Package lost by Canada post and confirmed by manager at Canada post
Cheap weed has blown me off, called me a liar, done everything to avoid accountability and it continues.
They finally told me they opened an investigation with Canada post and when I called to confirm with my tracking number and my open ticket number (which was instructed to be used by sender) nothing was started and they keep blowing me off again

So busted as liars and thieves.

Send me my money back for both orders now, or send me my 3/4 of a pound right the $#*! now, or this shall escalate.

Nothing. Haven’t gotten anything last 2 times.
No accountability or fixing situation, even though their website says guaranteed shipping and they have replacement package guarantees.
Bull$#*! people and bull$#*! company.
