They are bait and switch scam
Do not trust the cheap prices shown on this site. They use a classic bait-and-switch scam to trap you.First, they lure you in with cheap prices. Once you pay, instead of issuing your actual tickets, they send an email claiming your booking will be finalized in 48 hours.Next, their agents call you. They will aggressively tell you that your ticket does not include any luggage at all—not even a basic cabin bag or personal item. They won't let you speak on the phone, they talk over you, and they actually blame you for booking the ticket. They then try to force you into buying a much longer, more inconvenient flight at a significantly higher cost.If you refuse and ask for your money back, you will face a massive struggle just to get a refund.

Scott was great with customer service. Helping me get what I needed. He was good at explaining what I needed to know and easing the pains of booking flights with the insanely high costs of baggage. Instead of having to pay, he helped me pay for much cheaper with baggage included with my ticket.

My experience with CheapFly Shop was…
My experience with CheapFly Shop was extremely disappointing.
When I searched for my flights, the booking clearly showed 30 kg checked baggage + 7 kg carry-on, so I proceeded with the payment.
However, after I paid and received the confirmation email, I noticed there was no 30 kg baggage allowance, and the email was only a booking confirmation—not an issued ticket.
I then received a phone call saying that only one of my tickets was confirmed and they were still waiting for confirmation of the other. The next day, they called again and said the ticket was still not confirmed. Instead, they offered me a different flight with a stopover instead of the direct flight I originally booked, and asked me to pay almost 50% more to "upgrade" the booking.
More than 48 hours after payment, my ticket was still not issued. I decided to cancel and request a refund. Although I was repeatedly told the refund would be processed, nothing happened until I kept calling them. Only after multiple follow-up calls did I finally receive my money back.
I'm grateful I eventually received a full refund, but the entire experience was stressful and time-consuming.
Based on my personal experience, I would NOT recommend booking through CheapFly Shop
