Great price and very informative, as well as being prompt
I have used cheap supplements for approx 6 months. And had one issue, where they forgot to put 2 extra items. Upon calling them and speaking to one of the representatives. The matter was dealt with immediately. I was very very happy with the outcome. Thats what I call customer care!

Prompt & efficient service. Will use again.
Have now used this company twice and will definitely use them again. The second time round I was promptly contacted by them to inform me they couldn't complete the full order and provided alternate options, to which I replied. I believe the order was then despatched that same day so no complaints from me!

Good shopping experience
A good shopping experience overall, the delivery was very quick and the product was as i expected. I just do not give five stars because it had ordered two products before and despite saying that they were available, were not. nevertheless the return of the payment was done efficiently.

Great, fast delivery, cheap prices
I've used cheap supplements 3 to 5 now, every time their service was outstanding. With next day delivery pretty much every time.
When a product was delayed their customer service team contacted me promptly and explained the problem, I didn't wait long for it to arrive however they just kept me updated.
I highly recommend them and will be using them for supplements consistently in the future.

Always have had good service apart from last order I had.which took a lot longer than normal.did send an email to cheap supplements but got the impression that they wasn't to bothered.its the only time it has happened so will use again.will probably change to someone different if it happens again

sean apologies for the delay on your last order, it was dispatched same day for you on a 24hr service with royal mail, we responded to your email about this the next working day from when you sent it. royal mails policy is to allow 15 working days for delivery and it was delivered well within this period.

we give out free cheap supplements shakers on first time orders over £40 and sometimes throw in the odd sample, protein bar, etc. when available. yes the site was down for a few hours eariler today due to a fatal error but this has now been resolved and the site is fully operational again, apologies for any inconvience this may have caused.
Excellent Selection & Great Prices
What a great selection of Protein bars and definately the best prices on-line! Delivery was quick and will be shopping again with them!

Good organization on the website, fast turnaround!
I like this site. They have a very straightforward layout for finding the products I'm interested in.
I visit the site --> log in --> find what I want --> order it --> and get it a few days later ...it's very straightforward and convenient.
I also prefer these types of products online instead of visiting a shop. There is a ton more info about every product that can be found on the site or on the web in general.
