Easy installation, working well

Super straight forward installation, easy to set site location, design and size, no tech skill needed. I've used Chatra and Tawk. Chatra worked fine but 5 messages a month limit and they use those up sending you please upgrade messages, very bogus. Tawk just wasnt consistent as half the time the reply feature didn't display and not replying within 3 minutes made it impossible to respond after... Support was in no hurry to resolve. So far, Chatway a noticeably better chat app for us.

Fantastic little intergration!

I have implemented the Live Chat feature on my website and it was exactly what I was looking for. As a small business owner the fact there is a free option for 1 user is fantastic until we scale. The chat function is fantastic and really responsive. I also like the fact it gives me analytics of pages the chatter has visited to better understand their needs.

I can really recommend this chat plugin

I can really recommend this chat plugin from Chatway. Easy to get started and simple menus in the back-end.
You can customize the chat front-end to any style you want.
The price is very attractive. However, you will get a lot with the free version.
After 24 hours, several customers have used the chat.

Awesome Chat Plugin

I've been working with wordpress for over 18 years, and this was by far one of the simplest plugins to install and use. Its interface is clean and easy to understand, and it just works. I highly recommend Chatway..
