Flight got cancelled and they are not solving
I have tickets to India for all my family and the airline has changed the itinerary making my flight incomplete (one segment is cancelled so I would be stuck in Munich) and its been almost 2 months and I havent received new tickets, the worst experience ever. I know for them is business but for me its my mental health, I have not being able to sleep because of this.

Chatdeal successfully resolved flight problem
I had a problem with the airline canceling one leg of an international family trip, and I was very concerned that Chatdeal would not handle it well based on some of the negative reviews I had read online. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised how they handled it. It took a couple of days to get everything sorted out, and they were difficult to reach in person, but they came through with confirmed new flights that work for us without any incremental cost.

A suprisingly productive and pleasant experienece
I don't normally write reviews. I got into Chatdeal through a search on Kayak. I got the best possible agent to help me out. Her/His name was Diamond. The person was patient, persistent, empathetic, and willing to walk through all my queries and clarifications. We worked through various combnations and possibilities over 4 hours!! Received this message today 6 days…
Received this message from CHATDEAL today 6 days before flight, "Your flight schedule has been changed
Due to a recent schedule change, your initial itinerary is not available anymore and we are offering you the next available flight. You may accept the proposed flight, choose another available option, or request a refund. Before confirming your choice, please check all the updated details carefully: travel dates, routes, and flight time."
The flight was scheduled for Nov 2nd, their suggestion was Nov 9th, the day we were to return.
Had to book direct for more than double the price. There were plenty of seats left. Chatdeal won't even refund us the money. I sure they never bought our tickets to begin with. I will be suing them, and requesting a production of all documents of flights purchased after my payment.

Review confirmed an involuntary schedule change occurred for this booking. Our service team offered a re-protection for the traveler's approval.
It was mentioned that in case the proposed flight is not acceptable, the traveler can request another option which fits their travel plan ─ if available in the airline's inventory , or request a refund.
Instead a charge-back dispute was initiated by the customer. Therefore, at this time, no further assistance in processing the refund has been provided because a credit card dispute was initiated.
We hope this clarifies any misunderstanding.
