We just gave our book to a friend for a big birthday. It was filled with wonderful memoirs. This is the perfect present.

In future I won’t be using Chatbooks for various reasons. One isolated issue I may of still returned. First, I wouldn’t recommend trying to last minute your book. Luckily, I started 6 months in advance and worked on it periodically because the app kept crashing, would freeze, etc. every 2-3 minutes (or less!) the upgraded cover I wanted wouldn’t load, it reflected in my cart as added price wise but it was blank on the preview so I wanted to ensure with a customer service rep that it was showing that way on their end and it was. They worked with the tech team to fix this issue but it took days. At this point, I went ahead and designed my own and uploaded it. The price didn’t reflect and so I reached out to customer service again. It took several days to fix the issue and delayed my order by 4-5 days. They did give me a resolution but the frustrations overall make me not want to order in the future. The main reason being the app crashing constantly while trying to work on my project.

Editing to add a response to Chatbooks, the app was updated (this is something I checked myself…with every hurdle along the way I checked every possible issue before contacting because I am tech savvy and can troubleshoot fairly well myself before having to reach out to customer service) I work from home and have great WiFi and was only ever working on it from my home. The initial cover issue was on a weekend, but continued until THURSDAY. Monday-Thursday is not limited weekend customer service, it took 4 days of week day customer service to fix a what-should-of-been an easy fix.

Love Chatbooks for a monthly mini or a special event.

I wouldn't even give 1 star if I was allowed.
I decided Chatbooks wasn't what I thought it was so asked for a refund and to close my account. Lacey from Chatbooks told me I had to close my account first and then she would arrange the refund.
I do this and then get an email from Alicia, the Account Specialist, and she says because I have closed my account, I can't get refund!
SCAM!

I spent MONTHS making my baby's 1st year book and in the end pictures wouldn't load after collages were made and no one at Chatbooks could help. SO unbelievably disappointed not to mention hours of my time wasted.
Ended up just deleted half the book so I could at least print the first few months that I worked so hard on.

I love doing chatbooks with you. It is easy to move my layouts over to your site, either using my computer or cell phone. I journal on every page thus preserving my family's history.

I needed to cancel my order to make adjustments to my book...which TECHNICALLY they don't allow. When I reached out via chat, they were on a break for their company anniversary- but they got back to me via text the next day and not only allowed me to cancel my order, but offered me a coupon code to use when I resubmitted. I was so pleasantly surprised! I've been consistently impressed with their personable approach to customer service. Chatbooks always delivers!

Everything was exactly as we ordered. And it arrived quickly.

Your website doesn’t work well. Books don’t save well so I just left the page open for 3days while I worked on the books

Chatbooks is easy to use! The website is straightforward and easy to navigate when you are creating your project. I personally love the yearly photobooks!

I created a Chatbook for my aunt for her birthday and used your quickest and most expensive shipping but it would still be late. I received a notification it would get there earlier than originally quoted- still late. When I got off the phone with her on her birthday, I had another notification that it was delivered! On her birthday! She loved it!

Ordered my first one for my son and immediately ordered one for Fathers Day. Quick,easy and good quality

The look and feel of the book is so professional. There is something magic about the cover material and the paper quality.
I do mostly black and white photography and it comes out looking Black and white not purple.

I did have difficulty assembling the book. I neglected to name it, and lost my 1st attempt.
After that, tried again and it worked great!

You might think about sending out a survey after your product is delivered to a customer. Because right now until I receive it I can’t relate it.

Always makes me happy to get the mail when I know a Chatbooks is in there. The site is so easy to use!
