This in one of the worst telecoms and companies I have ever dealt with. Not only was the product mis sold originally, but there are hidden clauses everywhere when you come to the end of the contract and wish to terminate the services. They have left us no option but to escalate the matter and look at taking legal proceedings
Incompetent liars , lied to by their sales representative and the company owner.
16 months into a 5 year contract so this is not a knee jerk response.
Major problems with the phones from the start which they could not fix, multiple wrong bills overcharged , waiting 11 months for the BT cancellation fees to be refunded, an account manager that refuses to return my calls . THE MOST DISGUSTING COMPANY I HAVE EVER THE MISFORTUNE TO DEAL WITH IN 30 YEARS OF BUSINESS!
Sadly more lies with regards your comments on fixing my problem, at no time did your “engineers” fix the problems !
I complained repeatedly about the errors in my billing with absolutely no results . I had to cancel my direct debit before anyone took notice. Then I was threatened with disconnection.
It really is sad that it takes a bad review before anyone actually apologises for what was simply dreadful service.

I understand that the phone problems encountered in the transition period were inherited from your previous provider Eclipse, to date all problems have been remedied through multiple engineers being sent to your site free of charge. I have investigated your invoices with the billing department and can confirm your issue was resolved a few months ago and have confirmed you are now happy with your invoices. We were unable to process your BT cancellation fees due to receiving an incorrect invoice however once this was sent correctly I can confirm the payment was made. However you can call us on 01912723260 if you require any further services to be looked into our lines are open 24/7.
I have always been happy with our experience and support from Chaser, the customer services will go the extra mile to resolve any issues.

This company are masters of the hidden charge and small print extra's. Once in a contract with them you will be find yourself penalised for every corner until you try to end the contract when a raft of new charges appear. Even their chosen Finance company BNP Paribas have exit clauses known only to themselves.
