Transform YOUR business too!.
Dom has simply transformed our business. We are spectacle manufacturers, with a factory shop.
We wanted a simple program to record client records and print order forms.
We have received so much more than this, for a very modest cost.
Dom started with a blank page and built a bespoke, easy to use, brilliant business program that we wouldn't want to be without now.
Clients are notified on completion of their order, by email and sms, at a single click, using their tray number, work in progress numbers and value are instantly available.
All lens and frame types are stored, in drop down boxes, that we can modify ourselves.
Complex calculations are automatic.
Dom is only ever a message away for glitches or improvements; he has helped us to evolve the system into something that any business would be proud to own and use.
It is amazing that Dom initially had no knowledge of the Optical business, but was soon suggesting improvements, such as "Why calculate that manually, I can make it do that" and he did!
He set up a corporate email and a website for us, and the extra business from those two items alone, has paid for his services, and the equipment cost, several times over.
He also ran all the cabling to network our computers together.
I'm in my 60s, computers do not come naturally to me, but young Dom has been patient and kind at every stage.
Look no further, he's your man!
