At first I was very nervous and thought I had been scammed. Fortunately, I received an answer promptly. I've been in constant contact about my order for multiple reasons. I've no problem, just haven't received my order. They've even given a partial refund for the mishap.

Ordered two Marine Corps 250th…
Ordered two Marine Corps 250th Anniversary Tribute Hats and it took 7-1/2 weeks to receive the hats. The packaging was very very bad and the hats were smashed and the material was very cheap. They tried to convince me by doing repairs and that the hats would look like what they advertised on their website. I will not do what they ask because they can respond that I did not follow there instructions and it would give them an opportunity that I damaged the hats. I followed with my banking institution to dispute the damage hats. I sent them photos of the packaging and the damaged hats to the company and my bank with copies of the emails. I will follow through with the Marine Corps Licensing to pull there license because of what they advertise and what the company produces.

This is a bait and switch company. They show a nice picture of a USMC mug then shipped a mug that looks like a 3rd grader made it. IT is a very cheap knock off. SCAM
SCAM! Buyer beware! Ordered Dec 1, 2024 and it still is not delivered.(12-31-24) Contacted the seller for tracking and they provided a fake tracking number that "mysteriously" contained zero info. Contacted seller again and they said they would look into it and still nothing. Contacted seller a third time and they agreed tracking info stopped and they would look into it...again. Got PayPal involved and they said seller said it was delivered and closed the case...? So the seller can just say it was delivered and that's good enough? PayPal didn't even ask for tracking info to show it was delivered...which it was NOT! Shame on you, PayPal for not protecting your customers. This company is a scam and no one should ever order from them!

I wish there were ratings in negative stars. I ordered Christmas lights over a month ago and now less then a week till Christmas and no lights. They offered me a 15% discount after I receive my order. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Saw their ad on facebook for wine…
Saw their ad on facebook for wine bottle toppers and glas holders. Placed the order and held my breath. What the heck they said 30 day no cost return...took almost 30 days for the product to get to me from China. Once it arrived I was totally disappointed in the qulaty. Metal parts did not fit together, what looked like 3D ceramic characters in the ad turned out to be 2D rubberized plastic. Really cheap and since the metal parts do not fit it is a total waste. Up to 4 emails with them now about a refund, their best offer was a 15% discount on a future order because "return shipping is $35" Avoid these people at all cost. Not worth the time and effort.
