Peter McGarvey did an excellent job arranging for the roof tiles, which had been displaced in the recent gales, refitted so the roof was sound again. The work was done very quickly.

Robyn Rae is an exemplary factor/ property manager. She took charge of a very difficult multi-party communal repair which required all her great skills and qualities - experience, highly skilled project management, diligence, tenacity, tact, diplomacy, integrity....you name it, she has it! The repair has gone very well, when it could easily have been otherwise in less capable hands. More generally, Charles White Limited have been a delight to deal with - they also are exemplary.

Maria from Charles White quickly sorted out two recent issues with stair lighting and the roof. The roofer even came out on a Saturday! Thanks!

Charles White is a professional and efficient firm with well mannered and knowledgeable staff. They run meetings efficiently and are well prepared. They have been a breath of fresh air managing our housing development and I would particularly highlight the excellent work of Maria Cooper.

Relations with Charles White haven’t always been smooth sailing however since Robyn Rae took over as our client relationship manager, things have greatly improved. I would like to think that Robyn’s level of service is now the norm for Charles White so that if she leaves, the standard we have become used to can continue. Communication is now excellent and the twice yearly residents meetings introduced and facilitated by Robyn have proved extremely beneficial. Five out of five for current service.

After a couple of bounced emails from colleagues no longer at Charles White, our emails ended up with Robyn who has been incredibly helpful. She's ensured that our issues have been sorted quickly and has been great at communication between ourselves and external companies. She's also provided some sound advice from her own experiences!

We have had excellent service from Robyn and the team at Charles Whyte over the past year or so. Robyn's suggestion to have a regular group meeting for all the flat owners was an excellent idea and ensures good communications and collaboration. In particular, we are very impressed with the speed of response to queries and the follow up on all items.

I’ve always found Charles white to be very informative and helpful when needed. I recently sent an email which was swiftly responded back with a clear and detailed explanation by Rachael Higginson. As my client manger she is great to work with knowing I have her full support.

After the SNP are kicked out these grifters need to be next, They say they can't find your account to answer your questions about their wrong doing but believe me they can find your money in their accounts.

Robyn and her team have given us excellent service throughout the year and respond quickly and effectively to our questions and concerns. They have also met us in our properties to update us, face to face, about issues of concern.

Charles White's service is exemplary, they are extremely proactive and incredibly friendly. We've had the pleasure of having them as our factor for a number of years now and Robyn has been speedy whenever we've need works carrying out, the work has always been up to a great standard too. Certainly feel in safe hands with these guys! Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Paul Sanders was very helpful and quick to respond. He organised contractors to come out and fix two separate issues. Both have now been resolved. Paul is always quick to answer emails which I very much appreciate. Thank you.

Dealt with my query very quickly, both the GB office transferring to Belfast and the Rachel Higginson sorting the query within 24 hours.

Absolute shambles of a company. Client portal never updated. Work not carried out or not done properly. Property manager either of sick, in leave or not available. Emails acknowledged but never fully answered. They choose to answer some parts of an email and ignore questions that they do not want to answer or give false promises. Failed to have a review meeting with directors re finances. No site inspection done and last one done was totally inaccurate.

They are a hideous organisation with a nasty management and very poor service and bad financial management. Avoid at all costs
