Having had some very bad experiences purchasing plants on line, it is a pleasure to say that this company and quality of the bay tree I received is excellent

Very attractive pot arrived on the date advised. The customer service was excellent.

Fabulous plants and good size. We have a collection of phormiums but sometimes challenging to find decent size at sensible price. Great service and fast delivery.

Easy to use website. Great price. Lovely plants. The only reason I dropped a star was because of the delivery.

I was nervous about ordering large plants online, but they came and were super healthy and MUCH bigger and fuller than I expected from the pictures. Excellent service, and our delivery driver was incredibly helpful. Can’t wait to plant them and thanks so much!

Helpful and knowledgeable customer service who delayed my delivery until return of holidays to make sure the plants would be watered and looked after. Delivery came on my day of return. The plants are of excellent quality and of good size. I recommend Charella Gardens.

I have been using Charella for a few years now. They are friendly and efficient, and the plants are always the best quality. I would always recommend them.

Disappointed with recent customer service. I tried to ask about what could be wrong with a recent tree I purchased that doesn't look well, and I just got a slap dash answer that didn't address what I said.

Update: in response, I then said the tree was not suffering from dehydration as the tree was in the ground and watered regularly to keep the tree moist. I then received no further communication.

I ordered a hydrangea in February which wasn't thriving as summer arrived. I contacted the company by email with photos attached and they replied very quickly. The situation was sorted the same day and a replacement sent out immediately. The new plant looks very healthy and a good size. I would use this company again.

Ordered 3 Large Hydrangea Arborescens 'Incrediball' in 12L pots - took a few weeks but all delivered healthy and happy. Good quality and reasonable price, thank you!

Had good service recently through another site but my experience this time was a disaster.
No delivery or information seller blamed carrier and said she would look into the matter on her return the following week.
Order cancelled no further communication and refund made what a waste of time!!

Purchased 7 large Photinias which were supposed to be delivered a weeks ago. All emails thus far are unresponded to and the phone number they have has rung out apart from one occasion when the chap couldn't give me an explanation but that he would 'look into it'.

Ordered a number of extra large star jasmine plants, which cost in excess of £600, to cover an ugly fence. So a bit nervous about the whole thing. Spoke to the nursery a couple of times before ordering and staff were helpful on each occasion. Need not have worried, plants were healthy and as expected and delivered by a very helpful driver who placed the exactly as requested in the back garden . They have been in the ground for a couple of weeks now and appear to be doing well.Would not hesitate to use Charella Gardens again.

Terrible company. Bought a hydrangea which supposed to have been here in 10 days ,arrived much later and is the worst plant I have ever received. Literally a third of the size shown on website. Removed from 10 litre pot and got a much smaller plant just stuck in pot too big for it to sell at higher price. Disgusted at state if it.No reply to emails and now wish to cancel an expensive order still have with them as so disgusted with plant but no reply to any email so will have open PayPal case.Avoid this company at all costs.paid £40 for a plant could have got elsewhere for a tenner,
the reply by seller is untrue as a minute ago, after she posted this did she mention any return, have asked and asked for them also to cancel a much more expensive order but again have been ignored, the plant is in the ground as I actually thought the roots were large and had been cut back so took out of pot having already dug hole.It was then that I realised there were hardly any roots and it was obvious it was actually a very small plant put into a really large pot for sale.The plant is a third of the size of the plant pictured on their website and will be listing pics on facebook so this can clearly be seen, to have to spend another £10 to send this back is totally wrong .

Purchased 2 bay trees, fabulous trees supplied and great service.

I was a bit nervous making an expensive purchase on-line without seeing the trees, lovely specimens supplied.

Clear communication around delivery and overall very efficient process.

Ordered a Cornus Kousa Satomi 12L shrub. It arrived quickly and well packaged. It was good value and arrived in good condition. Let’s hope I don’t kill it!

Still haven't received my order. Ordered on 18th Feb, never received any communication about the status of the order, had to call after 10 day and check when I'll receive it and they said they are waiting for the Hydrangea 'Incrediball' and it will be with me next week.. Week after, no order no email received, had to call again and they told me they are waiting for Jasmine and I'll receive the order next week again.. Week after no order, no email received. Tried to call, no one is picking up.

They arrived in good condition.
The delivery driver went above and beyond and put the plants behind the gates of my property.
I was at home on delivery. Never heard the bell. Lol 😆
