Chappelli Cycles Recenzje

I have had my bike for approx. 2 1/2 months now and just love it. The design is beautiful and stylish and with it's 3 gears it is so easy and smooth to ride. With the trim on the bike, it stands out from other bikes on the market. Just love my Chappelli! The staff at Chappelli were extremely helpful in choosing the right design and size bike for my needs.

love the bike, I bought from the store and had it delivered the same day by a local courier service

What a splendid place. Well looked after with the most helpful, informed, witty, classy bunch of cycle chaps.

Thanks gang!

Very helpful team that were quick to reply to my many questions.
Delivery was very quick.

Love my new bike and the customer service was great too!!

The costumer service was good, they helped me offering an alternative of what i originally wanted. However, on the website said that a bike was in stock but it wasn't.

Great bikes, comfortable ride and very pleasing to the eye! The Collingwood staff are amazing too, very helpful and knowledgeable :)

awesome bike,

easy to process

Loving the new whip! After a few weeks of riding the 3sp disk I couldn't be happier. Staff in the collingwood store are tops. - J

Very happy with my new 3 Speed Disk bicycle!
Not too hard to assemble and customer service was very prompt and helpful with a final adjustment that needed to be made.
Great bike!

Great team and service. The Bikes are fantastic and practical.

Highly recommend these bikes. The style and finish are unlike any other brand. The service I received was exceptional and the boys knew their product extremely well. Only took 3 working days for Sydney pick up and I'm over the moon with my matte black El Toro 29er.....

You cant be sad while riding a Chappelli.............!!!!

Disappointing that I need to give it 3 stars, because I do like the bike. However, when I went to pick it up the guy who was there didn't even know how to tighten the brakes (I was told the mechanic had already gone home..but honestly, you don't need to be a mechanic to be able to tighten simple pad brakes). So I left the store with a front brake that wasn't tight enough.

In addition, 5kms into my first ride my handle bars began rotating when I was at full speed - the alan key bolt hadn't been sufficiently torqued. All was fine when I re-tightened it, but disappointing nonetheless.

All in all - you need to take a bit more care when assembling the bikes!

Despite this, I do really enjoy riding the bike and I've received many compliments on how good it looks.

This is awesome bike

Beautiful bike. Customer service was second to none by Pablo himself. Had plenty of time to answer all my questions.

Fantastic customer service and a beautiful product! Many thanks to the team for all your help.

Quality customer service with a friendly casual approach to selling elegantly designed bikes.
They pride themselves on the riding experience rather than the riding accessories, which suited me just fine.
Top blokes.

We visited shop twice and phone called in between once >>> excellent service and excellent bike that is value for money (groovy too!). Visited on Saturday to pick up bike - not enough staff that day at least. Shop full of people and the sales person trying to keep everyone happy; he was under the gun but still smiling.
