My experience with chapel house…

My experience with chapel house southport Omoda / Jaecoo was a pleasant one, i asked for a lot (and i mean a lot!) of questions and all the chaps couldnt do anymore for me, Aiden, Dan and Philip were outstanding, a nice bunch of lads who were very knowledgable and also not pushy, you have a customer for life if that is how you treat customers, thank you!

Upgrading our car

We had a phone call to upgrade our car. Leeah (part of the sales team) was amazing, our car was late arriving and when it did arrive did have a problem. Leeah kept us as up to date as possible through the process. When realising our car wouldn't be fixed soon, she gave us the option of the same car just a different colour and made sure everything was pushed through quickly due to the long wait. Ray (another part of the sales ream) just told us what we wanted to hear, telling us as soon as our car arrived we could collect, but this wasn't the case. However, when the newer car was being pushed through he was quick with sorting out our new finance agreement.

I couldn't recommend Leeah enough, she did the best she could in a difficult situation.

I didn’t purchase the car direct from Joey at Chapelhouse, however the car was brought it from another dealership he was ever so helpful friendly and professional. I would highly recommend his services. 5 star ⭐ everyday for joey.

Picked up my MG HS 23 December 2026. Can’t recommend highly enough the superb service I received from Ash (sales ) & Barry (sales manager) . I felt I was listened to by Ash when I was quite specific in the type & colour of car I was interested in. Nothing was ever too much trouble for any of the Team . Ash & Barry were always available to offer any help . Trade in & pickup all handled quickly & smoothly . I’ve even been back a few times with questions on help with settings in the car & they’ve always helped me straight away . So refreshing to deal with a company that treats a female with the same courtesy as a male. Can’t thank them enough & I love my new MG

Joey is a great ambassador for MG…

Joey is a great ambassador for MG Chapelhouse Southport. We were interested in the MG plug in hybrid on the Motabilty scheme. Joey introduced himself and was so knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to our needs. We arranged a test drive the following week and he blocked time out so he could give us his full attention. He went through the full process and we left feeling valued and reassured. Nothing was too much trouble. we also met V who was also friendly. Both Joey and V offered an excellent customer experience. Buying an Omoda 9

I picked up my Omoda 9 today from Aiden Gray. He has been fantastic all the way through the buying process, from the moment we walked in, to the moment we drove away. His communication on the cars ETA has been great and he has went out of his way to make this really easy for us. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and nothing has been too much hassle. Made buying a car easy at Chapel House

Excellent service from Dan Gargan at Chapelhouse Motors in Southport. I bought a Hyudai Tucson and Dan went above and beyond to make the process of buying the car easy and stress free, he explained the process in detail and arranged for a test drive and sorted the paperwork. The car is in excellent condition, Dan had arranged for it to be valated on day, he even sorted out an issue with the log book at the local Post Office, Cheers Dan for all your help and advice.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my Jaecoo 7 from Chapelhouse Omoda and Jaecoo Southport, and I can’t praise the team enough.
From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely first class. Aiden, Dan, and Phil were all fantastic – friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Nothing felt rushed or pushy, and they took the time to answer every question and make sure I was completely happy with my choice.
