Their customer service is absolutely terrible, they remove benefits such as rakeback with out informing you, so money you thought was safe guarded for your losses, is no longer credited. You can't get proper assistance when you need it. These are actual issues I personally have had. I am only speaking for myself, this makes me not so fond of this site

This place used to be top notch. I wouldn’t play anywhere else. I’m not sure what exactly has happened whether it’s new management or cutting costs I don’t know, but in my opinion this place has went downhill. Everyone used to have instant redemptions. It was such an easy process it would bein your account before you could even log in to your bank to check it. They have completely taken that away from not just me but MANY players while allowing others instant redemption still. And when I spoke to support all they said to me was it doesn’t mean you’ve done anything wrong it just mean the system has picked up your redemption for additional review. Well I would believe that if it was want every single redemption. While my boyfriend on the other had and several others of all different VIP levels still have instant redemption. It has sucked so bad. On top of that I’m convinced support is nothing more than a robot that just repeats the same generic shit over and over.
