The bonuses are absolutely terrible. I don’t know why they waste their time giving people 10 cents. Or the purchase bonus where you get “50 Free Spins” and it turns out those spins are 10 cents each is actually a joke. Just give me nothing if you’re going to give me NOTHING. Spending thousands on this platform and several others with no incentive is actually insane. Exactly why I stopped trying. There is no fun or excitement or enjoyment or chanced. I play for the fun not the win, chanced has neither.

I really enjoy being able to play games online versus going to the land based casino because of my anxiety. Unfortunately it seems when you have a problem you get a generic response from customer service until you keep asking the same thing over and over. Also they disabled their rakeback program without any heads-up and it's been down quite awhile. That being said it's a decent platform with similar results as a land based casino.

Chanced caters to VIP members, who are hosted. I have made some money on there, but it’s few and far between. Fun games though!

Chanced is one of the more 'top-tier' sweeps casinos (nevermind the fact that EVERY one of them claims that THEY are "THE #1 SOCIAL CASINO IN THE US"), with the smallest SC package priced as low as $1.00, a massive game selection, and a simple redemption process that sends funds to your chosen payment method in under 24 hours.
Their promotional free spins mini-games or whatever, are kind of underwhelming, almost always being a "boosted bundle", "free spins with purchase", or, when there's daily free spins codes dropped, 99% of the time, "you don't qualify for this promotion".... Pretty lame.

Aside from that, Chanced is pretty decent for an online gambling site. :)

Chanced is good but we need more free spins or free chips

Chanced is definitely one of the better platforms to play on and one of the few I buy into often because of its instant redemptions(usually). My only real complaint here would be the fact that the redemptions are not always instant. Sometimes redemptions are selected for review and take right at 24 hours to get and that straight pisses me off and has caused me to play a lot less here recently. But overall it’s still a good platform.

I have been on Chanced they first started and they’ve changed so much. I won big when they were still small and before they started the VIP. It takes wayyy too much to even become ranked as the first VIP. I have not won on their platform since that very first time over 2 years ago. I still go on it just in hopes it might happen again but no luck. They used to give you way more for the daily and you could claim every hour. Now it’s $.10 a day. I rarely buy packages anymore cuz I never win. They’re stupid daily scratch only gives you “Bundle Boosters” which is maybe 10 free spins and you don’t win on those either.

Can't win nothing after months of playing been that way for over year now. On the promotion that offer free spins, free spins with purchase etc. I never get free spins it is always something that you pay for. It would also be nice if the daily amount on the log in bonus would change to atleast to where you could reach a 1.00 by the 7th day of logging in.

I never seem close to EV. Seems to go straight to zero.

Chanced is really good because of how the fairness feels. The redemptions take 24hrs but, while it's worth mentioning, I personally appreciate it.
