I have used other companies to order plants before. The plants have often arrived less than healthy and with lots of polystyrene for protection. Your plant arrived looking very healthy with no polystyrene but some short wooden props- much better for the environment.

The plants were delivered on time and in good condition. BUT the delivery company left the plants outside by the road and did not bring them to our house’s front door. We had search to find them.
