We recently sold our house and were lucky enough to have Mandy as our sale progressor. From start to finish, She was absolutely brilliant; always professional, proactive, and genuinely supportive throughout what can be a stressful process.
She kept us updated at every stage, explained everything clearly, and chased up solicitors and other parties whenever things slowed down. It made such a difference knowing that someone was always on top of things and working hard to keep the sale moving forward.

Mandy bootle the sales progressor of the Hornchurch branch is incredible she seriously knows her stuff and knows the industry through and through nothing is too much of an ask for this lady. She progressed a chain of 5/6 properties and was there to answer any queries we had along the way. Jack Clarke stepped in where needed when Mandy was away and was very transparent and honest with us and helped where he could. Thank you for getting us through to exchange we appreciate you more than you know.

As a new landlord, their services were informative and both Ben Leary and Lois Richards were amazingly professional and hard working, making things very easy for me and the tenants. From the first viewing, their estimations and practices were spot on and I have not had any stress at all from the process. I would 100% recommend their services.

We had been in the house for 31 years so a long time since we sold / bought a house. Chalk Street really looked after us every step of the way, from the initial valuation to the actual sale. The final sale price was what they originally valued at. This is really important because we used that figure to understand what we could afford to purchase. We were really pleased that we got them to do the viewings. We were present for most of the viewings and we were very happy with their conduct, very professional but also very approachable, in short I would say they made the buying process easy for the potential purchaser. Ben came to my home to provide a valuation. He was calm, professional and did not give me that whole estate agent sales rep spiel that causes a blinding headache. I knew he had completed many sales on the Suttons farm estate and came highly recommended.

We instructed him immediately. Faye from Chalk Street did a number of my viewings and became my day to day contact. She always kept me informed with feedback after each viewing and my home went under offer quickly. The chain was completed on 9th June.

Mandy then took over as case progression and despite a complicated chain ( my buyer had two houses to sell to buy mine ) we exchanged within 2 months and completed last week. Lightening speed really when you consider how long these things can often take. This is because Chalk Street properly qualified all parties in the chain so there were no time wasters and kept up the momentum in chasing all the parties constantly. The Solicitor they recommended to me was fast too. My buyer also instructed Chalk Street to handle his two sales.

As a Solicitor myself I have witnessed many good and many poor professionals over the years. Chalk Street are one of the best. Even though they work on a fixed fee there was no let up in obtaining the right price for me and getting all the chain ready so fast.

Excellent, friendly and professional service from start to finish. We were messed about by another estate Agent several times and were almost ready to give up moving but Chalk street came in and got the job done!
