Easy transaction, confirmation regarding delivery and delivery as stated.

Good company, easy to deal with.

I was in the need of a replacement gas lift, after searching online found what I needed at a resonable price. Delivery swift. item yet to be fitting but all looks good.

Very helpful in understanding the what and the how of replacing the gas strut on an office chair. It’s been transformed.

I ordered chair arm covers one day; they arrived the next, and did the job splendidly.

I needed replacement arms for an operators chair, I enquired by chatbot to enquire what suitable arms would be compatible having confirmed they were 'standard fixing' and a specific size. Great service, items came following day!!!

Needed new armpads for my 1990's office chair. Contacted the Chair Clinic who asked for photographs as I didn't know make or model. They identified the chair and recommended new armpads. I duly ordered and after a quick delivery I fitted them - Perfect. I strongly recommend this company and will use again if needed.

New armrests delivered next day and are of better quality than those fitted by original manufacturer. Excellent selection of replacement parts available

hard to find size tilt mechanism. packed well and shipped fast. thank you

I had been looking to replace my Office Chair gas strut for a while. I had done extensive reviews and made phone calls to other companies only to be met with poor customer service.

Then, I found The Chair Clinic. I spoke with Rebecca in Sales and she was very helpful. She explained that if I took photos it would be easier to recommend the correct gas strut for me. Having done this and sent the photos of my existing chair to Rebecca, she was able to recommend the GL9 Gas Strut.

the automated online system was excellent. Communication from the Chair Clinic and the delivery company, Fed Ex was all excellent.

Likewise, as I write this review, I am now sat on my original office chair, manufactured on 30-06-1996 according to the underside of the metal part of the chair, complete with newly fitted GL9 Gas Strut.

I would have no hesitation in recommending The Chair Clinic as their Cusomer Service is Second to None and their products match up to the same level of quality, in my case with a three year guarantee.

Excellent service, advice and value. Wish I had bought the replacement chair arm pads years ago!

I have a quite expensive office chair and one of my cats decided the arm rests were good to chew. I contacted the company I bought it from but they were not able to supply replacement arm rests or suggest where I could get them. I did a Google search and found The Chair Clinic. I sent them an email and a charming lady called Rebecca asked me to send photos so she could check. She then got back to me and said they could help, I just needed to check measurement of the screw fittings. I couldn't get an accurate measurement but I sent a photo and she said the ones she had in mind should fit. So I ordered them and they were successfully fitted to my chair.

The service was friendly and helpful, quite unlike the original chair supplier (!), and, for a cost of £33, I've saved a chair that would have cost over £250 to replace so I'm very pleased and more than happy to recommend The Chair Clinic. And yes, the cat is still alive :-)

The right product at the right price at the right time!

Items arrived on a timely basis and (genuine) good quality. Exactly as advertised. Thanks!
