The Chair Clinic Ltd Recenzje

Very helpful despite me making a faff by ordering wrong size. Excellent communication has enabled me to get the problem sorted and unused items returned for refund.

Needed a new gas lift for my chair (a complete unknown world for me) but The Chair Clinic came to the rescue. Helped me identify my chair and which part I needed with a few options.

Chair part came next day and the tools I hired were super easy to use and easy to return.

Staff were super helpful and very happy that my chair is now fixed.

The right stuff delivered on time and well packaged. Expensive but you get what you pay for.

Good communication with seller to determine correct gas piston. Arrived perfectly along with tool. Accompanying videos were great and a changed out my piston easily without damaging my chair.

Prompt shipping, well packaged product which fitted the chair in question a treat. Very happy and will use you again.

I spoke to both the sales person and the I think the owner of the business at this location and I have to say the help and support I had was absolutely fantastic. Diagnosing the part that I needed was very simple and very quick and recommended to me was putting the post and delivered to me the gentleman and I spoke to actually took me through how to take the chair apart without the tool just using a shockwave from a hammer have to say it was absolutely brilliant, and I would recommend this organisation to just about anyone

Adrian at The Chair Clinic was brilliantly helpful on advising me which gas lift I needed to repair my office chair. He also gave an option for a taller option, which was ideal. My order arrived very quickly with FedEx, and tracking was available. It was packaged well and so arrived in perfect condition. The part was easy to install and looks great. I can highly recommend The Chair Clinic which saved me a small fortune over buying a whole new office chair for the sake of the gas lift.

Knowledge of chairs is extensive. Good advice and very helpful.
Purchase of advised gas cylinder is just what I needed. It was well packed with on time delivery.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Ordered a Humanscale gas lift and it arrived the very next day via FedEx - seriously impressive turnaround.

Quality of the part is excellent and exactly as described. What really stood out, though, was the support: I rang them when I hit a fitting issue and the advice was spot-on. They immediately knew what the problem was and talked me through adjusting the piston screw properly - fixed it in minutes.

Clearly a company that actually knows their products inside out, not just a box-shifter. Professional, helpful, fast delivery and great after-sales support. Would 100% use again and recommend.

Good quality product & fast delivery

Product quality is much higher that previous offerings from other suppliers. Will definitely be going back to these guys when they sell something else I need in future.

easy to order, prompt delivery and very helpful and prompt response when I emailed requesting VAT receipts. Products are just what we were looking for.

Shopping with the Chair Clinic was great. I was looking to get new pads for the armrests on my desk chair at home, and couldn't get them from the original supplier of the chair. It seemed silly to throw the entire chair away so I shopped around.
I didn't know what I was looking for so as I was browsing on the Chair Clinic page when the chat popped up asking me if I had any questions I asked them how I would know which kinds of pads I need. The guy (girl?) on the chat asked me for pictures of the armrests (including how it was attached) and he was able to link me to the exact armrests I needed (you apparently can't change out the pads alone on this kind). This is absolutely stellar service as I had no idea which one to go and might have spent an hour browsing with very little idea of which one to choose.

The new armrests arrived promptly and they were easy to fit. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Can high recommend shopping with the Chair Clinic for spare parts and given the level of service next time I need an entire chair I'm quite likely to look them up again.

Spoke on phone to confirm Quality of item, friendly and helpful, confirmed made in Uk of quality materials.

Once I'd sorted what type of gas lift strut I needed then purchase was straight forward, helpful video too.

Very good and quick identification of my replacement parts. Excellent speedy delivery

Easy website to use and plenty of information to help you to know what to look for and find the item(s) you need. Fast to post out and delivery service kept me informed of the progress of the delivery. The item works a treat, much better than the orignal gas strut.

Very prompt delivery and repaired an unusable chair in ten minutes with a new strut😄

Excellent service and help given. Highly recommended.
