Professional chain saw sharpener
Web site was easy to navigate. Prices are very competitive, only small issue was in delivery, box was slightly damaged. But no damage to product.

Perla of a Chainsaw
I have ordered from Jono & Johno before and I like how they offer after sales service and stand by their products no problems with returns. This time I ordered a Perla Chainsaw it came up first listing was the right price and free shipping too easy!

The sprocket thingy is the wrong one.
Mine is one of the first of this type.
A smaller ID is required.
I have been busy lately,so have not persuaded the matter yet.
The Giantz model CSAW-92CC-N-OV-RDWH ,has a different sprocket.
I have owned this one for a while now.

Not particularly your fault but the air filters you are selling literally do not fit. It’s not my chainsaw either as I got a genuine filter and it worked fine.

Response to issue was excellent
I had an issue with the product, but what made the experience was great was the way that it was responded to. A replacement item was dispatched as soon as they knew there was a problem and a return paid label provided. Sometimes things just happen, I believe it is how a company responds to issues that sets them apart from others and is the reason for my 5 stars.

Not successful
The product arrived in a reasonable time, but has failed to perform better than the old one which used to provide a strong retarded spark for starting but progressively only produced a weak advanced spark.
The new one only produces a weak spark and will not ignite the mixture under compression but ultimately ignite the accumulation when the exhaust valve is open

Poor warranty 12 months on a chainsaw??
Several phone calls/emails/pictures/my time wasted
I should have diagnosed the problem [faulty worm drive on chain tensioner] and sent back the saw back upon delivery. Three months out of warranty and customer service at the managerial level was 'politely' rude and unresponsive all over a $20 part which was clearly modified/different to the original. Luckily our local chainsaw dealer has been helpful

Your chainsaw was purchased outside the 12-month warranty period, and the photos provided clearly showed significant wear on the rim sprocket as well as heavy build-up from regular use.
Chain and sprocket wear, as well as regular checking of the oiler system, fall under standard user maintenance. While we cannot offer free repairs or warranty replacements on tools that are out of warranty and show heavy wear, we did offer to service and repair the saw at a reasonable rate to help you out.
We are glad to hear your local dealer was able to assist you.
