As stated in your review "your landlord wanted to verify with the professional who prescribed the ESA" that is not us. This happens to be the psychiatrist, therapist, counselor or MD that feels that an ESA will benefit your life. We provide a platform to help you identify them as an ESA and assist you if there happens to be an issue. Your order has been refunded including the shipping that per policy is non refundable. As stated during our phone call we apologize that you had a negative experience and that those who feel more comfortable showing an ID card than a letter that possibly discloses their disorder are the ones who benefit from this service. ESA's are for the most part are for animals that cannot be trained and since dogs can be trained we highly recommend training them as a Psychiatric Service Dog, PTSD Service Dog, Anxiety Alert Dog etc. Service Dog's are protected under state and federal law which allows them full access to anywhere the public is allowed. While ESA's are only protect under housing (FHA) In the US the dog does not have to be trained professionally and in many states a service dog in training receives all the same privileges as one that is fully trained. This is why we recommend training the dog yourself and reaping the many benefits that will be fostered and cultivated between you two.

Hello Darleen, Your order was shipped using the service that you had chosen 2 business days after purchase. USPS First-class can be a bit slower than some of the others that you may be used to. Your ID was shipped and if it has not arrived within a day or 2 please give us a call and we can solve this problem ASAP. We strive to provide a user-friendly experience and that only happens when customers like you take the time to share it. There are sizing charts for the vests. These sizing charts are in the photo galleries where vests are offered. Instructions can be found where the vest size of your service dog is requested by a ? mark icon. If you hover or click on this icon, you are then directed to a sizing chart in the photo gallery. Please reach out and we will send an XX-Small vest for you to swap for the X-Small. Also, since we manufacture Service Dog products, we can provide a custom size to ensure a proper fit for Ket if this is necessary due to her small size. Thank you for the feedback Randi. I’m glad everything worked out. To insure a high quality on the digital versions of the ID and certificate they are rather large files. We have implemented a system that informs us when they’ve been rejected. It’s rare when it does occur and thank you again for your patience and feedback as we are always working to improve our services.
