Really bad
Really bad, i paid so much on the delivery and you've sent it to the other side of the countrey, you are not responding to any of you supporting email or help on the matter, really disappointment experience,
and after i've paid too much on this shipping 75$ i've to drive 3-4 hours to get my package ?!!?! which i need free day to do it, really really bad experience
Why you've requested shipping address if you are not sending it to the shipping address ??!!?

Hello Omer, have you checked your spam? All emails you have sent have been responded to very promptly. With all due respect I am not sure what you are referring to so I will paste all correspondence concerning this matter. The time stamp on the first email is a 15-minute response and the second email 45 minutes and that was after a call to DHL.

Hello Omer, I’m not sure why they’re asking you to pick it up. Have you ever had an international package delivered before? It can take a bit of time to get through your country’s customs and this might be a way of expediting. I'm really not sure but this service actually cost us $93.35. I apologize for any inconvenience you may have but we shipped your package to your house address. Attached is a copy of the shipping label. Perfect customer service when needed most
Adam from CertifyMyDog helped me alot - I needed certification documents shipped urgently to Israel, for a flight with my dog to medical treatments abroad. I've ordered "Delux Service Dog Package"and used USPS shipping. Unfortunately, entire package was lost somewhere along the way, and USPS cannot locate it. As I still needed those shipped urgently to Israel, I contacted Adam on the matter - He handled this immediately, offered another expedited shipping via DHL this time, and the package made it to Israel within 2 days. *If you ship to Israel, DO NOT USE USPS, DHL Only!* As they have local delivery center here and couriers of their own. Thank you Adam for saving the day! And cheers for a perfect costumer experience.

i didnt recieve the dog tags or the collar that was supposed to come with it. Other than that the vest is a tad to big but all looks amazing all the way to the key chain id mini cards
