I was a bit apprehensive using a company that I didn’t know anything about. Especially having paid a large deposit up front. I needn’t have worried though . Excellent job, fast, efficient & friendly men fitted a new frame & new window in a few hours. Using a tower scaffold indoors as the velux window was above the stairwell.

From start to finish we received a first class service from Tru Skylights. A rapid response to first enquiry was followed by a window fitting within 6 days. The fitters were exceptionally quick and professional.

What can I say? Gareth and Steve were absolutely brilliant! From the moment they arrived until the job was completed they were the most professional, courteous, considerate and prompt installers that we could have found. No part of this Job was left to chance, from the cleanliness of the work area to the care of the surrounds and the respect for our house, there could not be any fault. Lucy was also pivotal in ensuring that we were kept updated and could not of been any more helpful. absolutely no worries at all about recommending them wholeheartedly to anyone, and a reasonable price too! Thanks Guys.

Excellent company Lucy from sales is very knowledgeable about VELUX windows and helped us choose the right windows for replacements made this very hassle free as I had no idea on the velux range as very old style windows .
The velux windows were fitted to high standard the window fitters we had to our house are a complete credit to your company
But very waiting for a guarantee certificates so hopefully i dont have to chase them for it

Really happy with Lucy, Jenna and Adam. Very good from start to finish, FENSA certification arrived this morning.

This was a relatively small job, of replacing two rotting Velux-type windows with proprietary Velux windows and remote-operated blinds. However, work space was limited and, more importantly, the walls had been hand-painted with an extensive mural, which we did not want damaged in any way.
We were nervous that there would be damage to and/or lack of continuity of the mural, but the engineers did an amazing job – one would never have known that, only a couple of hours earlier, there were rotting, dirty windows here, one with a malfunctioning blind.
There is not a mark of any kind on the painted walls and all joints etc. are seamless – brilliant work.
Additionally, everything was left all neat and tidy and, as a bonus, the engineers were friendly, professional, courteous and willing to help in any way they could.
If there was one drawback, it was the difficulty in pinning down a time of arrival for the work to be carried out. This was frustrating but worth it, when compared to the quality of work.

TOP experience all-round.
I ordered the replacement unit and was dealt with very efficiently from the off. The fitter was brilliant and the comms from Lucy in the Office was straight to the point and efficient.
I would recommend this lot to anyone wanting Velux service, without hesitation.

Good friendly communication and the fitters did an excellent job, one of them had an accent like Freddy Flintoff so what is there not to like.

I found certified installers through a Google search while looking for accredited Velux sun tunnel installers.

We moved forward with them as they were competitive on price and the gentleman that come to visit and measure was very helpful and polite.

When confirming the installation date it started to go down hill, the lady organising the installation was not very helpful and I had to chase 3 times to make sure it was going ahead.

The initial quote was for replacement glazing as well, this was not installed on the day despite not being told otherwise.

I have now chased three times for the glass and I have been told I will get a call back that hasn’t happened.

Highly recommend. I needed to replace shot glass in my velux windows and there aren't many places that do it, the price was good and they were helpful trying to work in with me to get timings right. They were very efficient during the installation nd really friendly guys. Thank you.

Can't speak highly enough to the office and the guys who did the work. All done with minimal fuss and great value.

I had a Velux window installed in a first floor bathroom. After receiving various quotes and getting let down by various roofing contractors, I contacted Certified Installers. The service was brilliant, the price was very competitive and the installation was first class. The room was left clean and tidy, no mess at all and the plaster finish to the window reveal was fantastic. I will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.
