Our agent was very diligent and persistent to get the best deal as well as best flights in terms of best connections at the various layovers.

Xavier is the man. He helped us so much and was patient with our requests. Our flights needed extra time and work and he got it done. Thank you so much Xavier!!!!!

My experience was pretty good but could be improved. I had to cancel my credit card not knowing that skylux and paranoia was part of your group. It delayed he process totally. Luna Torres however, was very pleasurable to work with and pretty efficient. I will try again in the future,
But I do feel the service charges are higher than normal

This was an excellent experience

Professional, took ownership of our needs, respectful of every question

Bea was very friendly, caring and responsive. She got back to me very quickly and tried to reach me as soon as she knew of the change in flights. When she could not reach me on the phone, she took care to send an email and text message ensuring she got in touch with me. In all her interactions, she showed she cared for me as her customer.

Bea was exceptional in her patience, detail, and persistence to find me the flight that suited my needs best.

Dealing with business class, consolidators can be exhausting, a bit like buying a used car. However, I found this particular experience to be very helpful and thank Bea for the assistance.

Responded quickly

Thank you so much Alex . We will always do business with you. You really help us .

Working with Tia on our flight to Frankfurt was so easy. I had looked at several flight options before contacting Ceo Flights. But I had worked with Ceo Flights before with Rufus on our trip to Portugal and it was so easy and professional that I wanted to contact Ceo Flights again Although Rufus was not available this time Tia was more than capable of handling our request. She looked at all the options and I know she got us the best deal. Also, she explained how to use my airline points to transfer for this flight. She was so quick to respond to all of my questions that I would definitely use Ceo Flights again. I have been very impressed

Working with Xavier Noah was a delight in today's world of customer service. As a senior citizen, traveling for the first time on my own internationally, Xavier was so patient. He never rushed me, and he explained my options thoroughly. I required extra hand-holding, which translates to his time. I felt like I was his only concern. Needless to say, I felt confident in my decisions thanks to his expertise and extra care. Committing to this trip was a big step for me. Finding Ceoflights.com and Xavier Noah was a blessing.

Company provides excellent representation online/phone. Customer service is prompt, well informed, motivated to help the customer, and very hard working. My rep (Mark A) was spectacular from u understanding the trip's big picture down to the smallest detail. Highly recommend.

It was a beautiful experience my dear

They have me arriving back from Manila into LAX then a 9 hour lay over to get to Vegas. That’s insane

Agent Bea was very helpful and respectful

The price I was quoted and agreed to was changed to a higher price. I was lead to believe I was going to get a discount price and was told the discount did not apply to my flight dates. Your system should have know that before I was told I would get up to a 60% discount. I also thought the approval process of my final payment was to invasive. It made me think it was a scam.

Awesome service as usual. Very fast, found rare options with really nice price for me.

Working with Bea as always, a joy and a pleasure she really works hard to find us the best flights around and will always use her as long as she’s there.

Tia was absolutely FANTASTIC!
She kept me up to date and offered me several options. She was VERY KIND , COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL!
