We change the dates and destinations, he doesn’t miss a beat. He is always in step and on top of things. A truly valuable assets to have in your toolbox if you a serious and frequent globetrotter.

Great prices & service! Very responsive,

Alex was on my request and listened to what I wanted and the dates I needed. His communication with me exceeded my expectations.
I would definitely recommend him and use his services again.

I would like to formally acknowledge the outstanding service provided by Adam Smith from CEOFlights during my recent international travel planning for January 2026. His professionalism, positive attitude, and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process.

Adam demonstrated a remarkable ability to identify the best business-class fares, carefully evaluating multiple routes, airlines, and timing considerations to ensure I secured the most optimal option. His approach was highly structured and detail-oriented, reflecting strong program-management discipline and a clear focus on maximizing value and return on investment for the customer.

One of the aspects I appreciated most was his consistent and timely communication. Adam kept me informed at every step—fare fluctuations, seat availability, potential upgrade opportunities, and final confirmation details. This level of proactive engagement significantly reduced any uncertainty and ensured that the booking was completed smoothly and well within the required timeline.

His customer-first mindset, combined with deep knowledge of the travel domain, made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I am extremely satisfied with his support and would strongly recommend Adam Smith and CEOFlights to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality travel planning and executive-class booking services.

Alex is awesome! Love Turkish Airlines!!

Had an issue with airline flight cancellation and difficulty in getting rebooked but Tia Makris, our representative, did a great job working through the delays and get us rebooked!

Xavier, is your own personal Travel Agent, I gave him the Multi City Travel Plan, firm dates, and 3 Airports, to choose from.
I had approximately 15 different options, within our Price, Seating and dates.

Additionally, this is
no easy task since the prices and dates are in prime
Travel Time of Year,
As I write this article, He is still on the lookout to enhance our seating and arranging for Assistance to help with disabilities while at the various Airports!
I also want to share with you that I first came upon Xavier, at CEO web site through Austin whom I worked with a few years ago on a number of Trips to Europe and managed a few itinerary sudden changes and pulled them off with out a hitch.
So as long as these Professionals are still in the business, we’ll be a loyal Patron!
Thank you

Manu alps is someone who is excellent & knows what he is about. I highly recommend him. He has been my travel agent for 5 years now

Sam did a great job and he had lots of patience. Thank you.

Great service great help good agent got me what I want very friendly

Nethmi worked incredibly hard to find flights for me. When an issue arose with one of the airlines, she worked with the them to find a solution. She kept me updated on the issue and gave me choices when it could not be resolved. Her patience, humor, professionalism, and attitude were what earned the 5 stars for me. I don't know that CEOFlights were discounted more than what I could have gotten through other companies such as Expedia or directly through the airline. However, by using them, Nethmi found flight itinerary combinations I would not have found on my own.

Nancy was extremely nice accommodating and professional with adding a personal touch in working to find me tickets that suited my requirements and within my timeline and making me feel comfortable throughout the process

I appreciate how efficient, resourceful, professional, delightful & empathetic Izack Spencer handled all of my requests. This was my first experience with CEO Flights & I'm looking forward to many more opportunities in the future working with Izack & this company. Thank you! 😊

Nada did a fantastic job on a difficult job of finding solutions on travel for 4 persons. It was very complicated trying to work out and arrange all the air miles discounts. She also guided me through the process of getting all the money and forms completed to get the tickets. She stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process and she answered all of the multiple phone calls immediately. From the beginning to the end she was polite, knowledgeable and professional.
