Made an order on the 28th May still nothing has turned up !!! Tried contacting them but nothing …. Do not order off these I think it’s a scam !!!!!

Contacted watchdog to investigate

I placed an order on 22nd July and advised it was shipped on 28th July. As of today (20th August) no parcel has arrived. On checking the tracking, DPD have not received the order. I've used this companies online form to contact them 3 times and also emailed over a week ago with no reply. There's no apparent number to call them so I have no way of knowing where my parcel is or if it will ever arrive. Terrible customer service and quite possibly a scam website.

Ordered on the 2nd of August, received an order confirmation straight away (as is customary with shopify stores) and nothing since.

I've reached out to them to ask where it is and noticed they've "rebranded" to "snack house".

Whether it's to avoid these bad reviews to start fresh, it's under new ownership or bankruptcy, we don't know.

All I know is, avoid central sweet supply and snack house at all costs as it seems scammy to me. I'll update this review IF the product arrives. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for another 3 days and if nothing happens I'll contact my bank to claw the money back.

Be wary!

EDIT: It seems the company has gone under. Check companies house for more information - they're in the process of being dissolved.

I think I'm another idiot who ordered 40 quids worth of my favourite jelly beans paid for the order then only thought of looking this website before hand. I ordered tuesday I'm really not holding my breath reading all this point point 👇 I made put my order in on the 5th and it's with me today so I can't complain

Ordered on the 9th of July and recieved a DPD notification on the 15th saying they are waiting on a parcel being handed over. Well its now the 8th of Aug and I'm still waiting on my order and any reply to my emails or live chat from the company to tell me what is going on

This site is a scam do not use it

I made a big order 17th july for my little boys birthday and have still not received my parcel. I have live chatted and contacted on every platform i can to have no response. I went through my bank to dispute this but because they are saying it has been dispatched they still cant do anything. I have contacted dpd they do not have my parcel. This place is very clearly a scam.

This company has now rebranded to the snack house. I placed an order on the 17th July got an order confirmed email and then DPD sent me an email to say they were waiting for my parcel. I hadn’t heard anything for two weeks. There online chat is just a bot which tells you the order has been confirmed and that’s all. They have never replied to their email, the new one doesn’t even exist. I have also contacted them on all their social media pages which has just been rebranded and also received no reply.

I have received an email literally the day before asking me to review one of their products which as of the 5th August still hasn’t arrived.

Multiple people have been saying this is a scam but I ordered before any of the negative reviews were made public.

I placed an order on the 1st July and it still hasn’t arrived! I have emailed multiple times and got no reply, total Scam! I now have 1 very upset child who’s been asking me every day for the past month where his order is I’ve had to tell him it’s not coming!

Two items arrived burst open and the contents spilled over the box. Drinks cans have large dents as they were not wrapped/secured. More than half the items are past their 'best before' date of this has been rubbed off. No invoice in the box.
Annoyingly no confirmation email of my order details - was just a discount code. Luckily my box did arrive so I have some order number details but don't hold out much hope :(

I bought sweets around 3 months ago. I put a review up a month ago saying the same. Long behold I finally got correspondence. They said they would put my stuff out 24 hour delivery. They were fairly convincing having created a tracking number. Bus shock horror, the parcel was never handed over. All emails been ignored now. Major warning to anyone planning on shopping here, DONT!!!

Placed an order, after a few days of no shipping notification I sent them an email enquiry, heard nothing back. After 9 days my order was cancelled without explanation.

Amazing service, has a great selection and have been shopping with them for over a year now! I joined their sweet elite and have received many discounts and deals on products! My go to for any sweets and snacks

Took ages to come. As in two weeks. When it arrived, products have very short shelf life (as in within the next week). Emailed to ask for my son to be refunded and they argued over the fact that they’re not out of date ‘yet’. Inexcusable. Who wants food with only a few days left on it?
When I queried the expiry on the drink, I was told it come from China so the date is the date it was manufactured. 2023. Eugh. Also, I don’t recall ordering Chinese products. Isn’t it supposed to be America?
Avoid like the plague.

Ordered two items, nothing appeared for nearly 3 weeks. When I emailed the company suddenly I had a notification that my order was on it's way. Only one item arrived, I've been emailing on and off trying to find out about my other item. Eventually they responded that it had been refunded as the shelf life was short, but I haven't received a refund. I kept having to send two emails a time to get any response. When I've expressed to them I didnt receive a refund, they are now ignoring my emails and I don't think I'll get a refund at this point.
Very poor communication and customer service.

Ordered on the 16th February. Received an email from them on the 25th February with a Tracking number. The tracking number even to today (17th March) is stating "We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel". Company has now contacted me back and the situation is resolved, Items have arrived within 2 days of the company contacting me.

Avoid these scammers out of date products sent out and they don’t respond to messages if you leave a negative comment on there social media it gets deleted not very professional at all they don’t even deserve 1 star

Ordered some grape prime for my son as he's been desperate to try this flavour. Item arrived and had a best before date of November. I've emailed several times for a replacement and had no response from the seller. It was a £13 order and can't be used as out of date. Not even a response to any emails is so frustrating.
