Transferred a car from Texas to Kansas (Shaggy Trucking). Price was reasonable. The company was very professional at notifying me of the arrival time.

Terrible company and they don’t care about bad reviews because they monopolized this industry so they know there is no other platforms for now
They keep raising their prices but the but not helping the drivers at all they letting the brokers to manipulate this market as they pleased they don’t control the brokers at all
I hope some day they will release that wit out drivers Central Dispatch worth nothing but for now they just dont care and all they know is how to collect their money they charge for 100 notifications around $60 when all the phone companies don’t even charge for phone service internet and unlimited text messaging that much

Central dispatch does not care about their customers all they care about is rising prices
The best answer they give you when you call them “sorry for your inconvenience” or “you can disconnect your service”
They don’t care about the prices that brokers post
They dont apply any rules to brokers they let brokers to post anything and any price they want
I asked them many times to apply some type of price rule for transportation and they didn’t care about that also
Pretty much central dispatch is being as greedy as the brokers

Transferred a car from Orlando FL to Thomasville GA. Price was very reasonable. The company was very professional at notifying me of the arrival time.

My vehicle wasn't delivered by transporter and he wasn't responsive for a month. Contacted Central Dispatch after finding out the insurance policy listed on their website was canceled over a year earlier and notified them that he hasn't delivered my vehicle for a month. Nothing was done, they never called me back, never removed transporter and didn't allow me to even put a review since I am only allowed to do so after the vehicle is delivered! Vey disappointing! After being a loyal customer for 10+ years, I no longer trust them to do business with them!

greedy people working at Central Dispatch. all went downhill last few years.

Found out someone had created a fake brokerage account with our authority. IMMEDIATELY called Central Dispatch to report we did not open this account. Because we were not current customers of theirs, they refused to talk to us and directed us to report through their Online Application. Almost a day went by with no contact from CD so we called again. Told once again they won't talk to us and file an Online Application. It took them A DAY AND A HALF to even call us back and try and get this account closed. In that time more than 20 innocent truck drivers took loads under this fake account. They refused to help notify these trucks that took these loads stating they don't get involved because they are a third party. Poor business practices!! If they had closed the account when we first called them more than half of those loads never would have been picked up by those truck drivers. This is never the type of company I would want to give my business to.

After having a hired driver crash into our fence causing $10,000 in damage the company avoids communicating with their insurance company to satisfy the claim. The company DD Group in Bridgeton MO has 10 one star ratings. I asked Central why they are still allowed to conduct business on their site. She advised they don't get involved. They don't remove anyone for any reason. They are only a third party connection. WOW. Hense the negative reviews. I have been a CD customer for over 15 years. No more.

Central dispatch allow Fake companies and don`t give a Dam about it. We were dispatched load and right after that Company was disappeared . We tried to contact the Company and no luck. Called CD for that company info , They said "They dont have it earther, What we see what they see" Tahts all!!!! No support against Fraud!!!!. They support Fraud!!! Allow them post and scam people.. We need to write complain to them , just one company or person cant make change we all need to say our concern and make them do their job better

CENTRAL DISPATCH APPEARS TO BE COMPLICIT IN AUTO THEFT!
Someone created a fake company on central dispatch, took one of my cars and disapear, then they remove their company from Central disparch, that easy I lost $21,000 in one vehicle. I shipp more than 200 vehicles per year, I can only imagine what would happen to my business if a fake unverified company ever takes 10 ov my vehicles and run away. I contaced Central dispatch and they said they don't have any information regarding this fake company. they allow fraud in their platform

this has gone to crap ,it seems like indians started to take over the dispatchers and prices are so disrespectful its crazy.5th wheel from florida to nevada for 1000 and youll spend more than that on diesel.loads are staying on board past pick up date,i havent had a load in months

We went online to transport a SRT Widebody Charger. A-1 Transport was the company assigned. We waited 2 weeks from Riverside California to Clearwater, Florida. Come to find out, the transport company took the car to south Florida and stripped it. The delivered the car to us and we had police come and write a report. They have No Insurance and Central will Not help at all. We are out 25K.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. IVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR 7 YEARS AND ONE DAY OUT OF THE BLUE THEY DECIDED TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. TO RE-ACTIVATE IT I NEED TO WAIT 3-5 DAYS FOR SOME RUDE GUY TO CALL ME BACK.

RR&T TRUCKING of WPB LLC has been using Central Dispatch for our loads. This site is great and self-explanatory. Navigating through this system to find loads couldn't have been better for my Trucking company. I recommend Central Dispatch to anyone with a trucking company. Thank you, Central Dispatch for all the loads! I look forward to booking much more loads with you guys.

central dispatch is low life company that only care about monthly payment dont care what happen between driver and broker, we have driver that not using truck and insurance he claim on central profile , when we call central they say they have nothing to do with this

l hired Get It Done Transportation to bring my honda accord from NY-CA. worst company ever. they quoted me for $1400 then came back saying they can't find anyone for that price to bring it. by the time they found someone, i ended up paying copart for storage fee. then the company that was supposed to deliver it in 6 days took them 10 days. I texted Joe saying can you please find out why is it taking so long to deliver it and no respond back from him. he got his fee and disappeared. I ended up locating the transportation company and following up with them. DO NOT HIRE THEM>

Central Dispatch allowed an unvetted carrier on the site, to whom I dispatched a unit to. The unvetted shipper that Central Dispatch allowed on the site stole the vehicle. Not only was CD dismissive and rude, they gave no care about my problem. Instead of launching a full on investigation (like...as a service to customers?...) and pooling the resources at their disposal; naw....just go away! $30,000 stolen asset and they could care less. CENTRAL DISPATCH APPEARS TO BE COMPLICIT IN AUTO THEFT!

We have been a shipper customer of the Central Dispatch since 2011 and one of their transporters defrauded us for $2,000 claiming boat size was larger than posted, eventually we sent them a report showing boat dimensions were correct and we wanted to place negative rating to the transporter and every time we did so CD removed our escalated negative rating for no reason, looks like they never looked in the report, they allow scammers like Walkers Yacht & Auto Transport LLC to flourish to defraud people on their platform!

They use to be a good company for truck drivers to book loads, until they got a fancy new website which buffers, freezes, and is narcissistically designed by someone who has not used the board as a driver or dispatcher.
