I purchased the lifetime membership in 2007 and used Holosync semi-faithfully for several years. I feel that it really helped my personal development. But as is my pattern, life got in the way, and I haven't used it for quite a few years. I had a lovely conversation with Aaron at customer service today, and they advised me on how to restart the program and explained how the app differs from the purchased programs. We had a very pleasant and motivating discussion.

FYI: Holosync will challenge you emotionally. When you run into trouble, this identifies something you need to move past (e.g., an emotional block). It is essential to use this opportunity and work with the coaches or another modality to process this and move forward. Make sure to connect with someone.

I have been using the holo sync app for a while and love the different options that are available. There's a lot of good things on the app. I have problems to committing to doing thing every day as theres always something on the go. I have found when I do commit more I get results.
These programmes aren't a quick fix, you need to put the time and effort in. I have had results from these and I believe if I made the time every day the results would be so much better.

I just turned 71, but I began my use of CRI Holosync soundtracks when I was 37 or 38. When I began, the program was called The End but is now called The Holosync Solution. I started the program a few years after high school, almost 20 years ago, and never looked back. I finished it years ago. The only ones who should be giving reviews for a product are those who have gone all the way with it, not those who "tried" it for a few months or a year and gave up. The reason is because not just with Holosync, but with all meditation, it pulls up your karma in waves or in layers. The deeper into the program you go, the deeper you dig into your own ego. So, yes there will be anger and breakdowns and things will get worse before they get better sometimes, but if you stick it out you will see that it has you losing some battles so you can win the wars. If you only do Holosync for a year or two you will not see this or know how it works and will project your own unresolved stuff onto the program when it comes up to be released, which only enables the ego further once it gets you to give up. My life has changed in more ways than what they told me it would and if the program was 30 years long, I would complete it too, because I have seen what it has done to me with 15 years of daily use, and I know how it did it too. I have become meditation without exception. I no longer need ANY spiritual paths to guide me or to save me or to fulfill me or to enlighten me. I would say they should charge people more to keep those who are not ready for real transformation out, but people already do that themselves. I can only speak positively about this company and its exceptional support, particularly Aaron.

I initially started using Holosync over 20 years ago. However, over time, my old CDs were set aside and eventually got scratched. Recently, I decided to restart the program and contacted Centerpointe via email. They responded promptly, and Aaron went above and beyond by locating my original purchase and providing me with a new membership. I am now back in the program and thoroughly enjoying it.

I am surprised to hear that other users had negative experiences with this company. I was very impressed with their approach and customer service.

A very dangerous product. I used it for 9 months approximately: Awakening Prologue and Holosync Level 1. It caused terrible side effects, chief among them sleep disturbance, memory loss, attention loss, brain fog, horrible nightmares. The first few months with Awakening Prologue were great, I felt very calm and peaceful, which is why I decided to continue with Awakening Level 1. But after that, it all went horribly wrong. They know that their programme is dangerous, which is why they have removed the Immersion 0.5 and 0.3 tracks, yet they are still selling it. All of this probably due to introducing too much 'chaos into the brain' per Bill Harris' words (the creator of the Holosync Solution.) Be careful: delta brainwave entrainment using Holosync for one hour per day over a period of many months or years, as advised by Centerpointe, will cause chemical imbalances to the brain of some people. It might work well for some, but not for everyone. This is something I found out the hard way.

Can't locate a customer service number to request a refund. Do not trust a vendor without a working number or email address.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Don't waste your money or time! Their products sound great in their product sales script but they are junk, what they call music is a simple 15-second sound bite that they loop over and over. The so-called soothing ocean wave sound is the same, very distracting and boring. If I gave them more stars it would be for annoying! They charge a premium price for junk!

If something sounds to good to be true it more than often is !. I could write an entire book about this program but won't waste my time, it leaves more questions than it answers. Its website promotes as being the answer to all lifes problems and solely admits that of which it states or wants you to believe is unachievable as what it refers to of being out of your control which is basically near everything !
Over priced, woeful non existent customer support, can severely effect short term memory etc etc ! That just a snippet which i could go on more , but basically dont waste your money because you'll be bitterly disappointed and im yet to come across anyone to whom has a positive word to say about it

I ordered Awakening Prologue from CenterPoint years ago and still listen to it. My sister recently ordered Easy Weight Loss. She got the CD for $14.95. I tried to order on their website and the download and shopping cart did not work. I emailed Customer Support. While waiting for a response, I called their order number. No one answered so I left a callback message. No callback. Customer Support emailed me to say their shopping cart was broken (I figured that out myself) and to call the order number where no one responded. I called and finally talked to Benjamin to order my two products. Then, he tells me the Easy Weight Loss is $24.95. When I tell him my sister ordered it about a week ago for $14.95 (no sale) and if he'd give me that price he said no. Then he gives me this sing and dance about how they'd lose money to sell the CD to me for less than $24.95. Really??? They just sold it for $10 less to my sister. I told him to forget my order and that I was not impressed with CenterPointe anymore. Don't waste your time and money with them!

To my surprise, the various titles about discovering the self and youthful mind had a deeper beneficial effect on me than their more expensive holosync recordings. I find that to maintain the effects I need to listen every day like taking a daily vitamin.

Beware of the one-year-money-back guarantee that they promise on the site, and actually read carefully the terms and conditions before committing to any order of their premium priced products. Their customer service is unfriendly and even shared details of my orders when replying in a condescending manner to a review I wrote on their social media. This is a breach of privacy and amazingly bad customer policy, and not a way to conduct business in 2022. Their products are not unique and can be found as a more customer friendly experience and at vastly better prices elsewhere. The products are also of ancient technology and their Web site is extremely poor, slow and dated.

I have been following center point since 2007. It has been a life changing experience. 4 weeks into the first level I suddenly realized what the word blissful felt like. This has been better then any talk therapy I have ever had. I highly recommend Holosync by Centepoint. I have also purchased the youthful mind suite and have had great results from that as well.

I gave them 3 stars for spreading what is a great practice; meditation. But I take one star away because they market it like a commodity. They do not allow you to leave a review but make you send it them first so they can review and decide whether to post it or not.

Their support is ridiculous I’ve spoke to one of their support team to which he said I’ll get to you later today with an update to which he never did get back so if you thinking of purchasing something from this company I be very weary if I were you avoid at all costs

I bought one of the Centerpointe courses because I was reassured by their promise of a one year money back guarantee. I thought that was a good safety net and didn't think I would have any problems with this. I set up monthly payments but have emailed to cancel the course due to personal circumstances and ask for my refund because I cannot do the course. How successful do you think I've been?! With all their promises and their supposed striving to be a good company to their customers, they're just as greedy as all the others and unwilling to give a refund. At the moment, they insist they will keep taking payments from me every month until January 2021 - for something that I don't even want, for an order I have told them to cancel! It's RIDICULOUS!!!

When it comes time to give the refund, they then insist on a few more hoops for customers to jump through - 1) emailing the right department to see if they will issue you with a "refund authorisation number," 2) send in yet another written request 3) provide evidence of completed "homework" (I kid you not!!!) for ALL lessons in the course despite not being able to do them!

Please do not trust that you will get your money back from this company, despite all their promises they're just another bunch of scam artists intent on cheating you! I will be contacting my bank directly to cancel the recurring payments and get my money back for me.
