There are plenty of options for AI software out there but without good and prompt service it won't work out. My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. After paying for their service, I received little to no tangible value and communication quickly became unprofessional. When I raised legitimate concerns, I had to dispute the charge through my bank, and American Express ultimately refunded me in full after reviewing the situation.

Following that, the company contacted me in a threatening and intimidating manner regarding my honest feedback — which I found entirely inappropriate and unprofessional.
