I am part Irish through my dads family…
I am part Irish through my dads family he was a direct blood lineage of Nial of the nine hostages who was a king in Ireland my first wife was full blooded Irish on her mother and fathers side and still had relatives living in Ireland her maiden name was Doherty with the O being dropped when her people moved over from Ireland to the US her mothers maiden name was Seal who was also full Irish, any way she has always been intrigued with her history so for her 50th birthday I decided to get her a Celtic title she was overwhelmed she can speak some Celtic language which she taught herself.....anyway shes a happy camper, you guys were right on top of it and got me everything in a timely manner and it got delivered on her birthday....Thank you great service

Documents sent could have been nicer.
The package of information received once the purchase was made could be a little nicer. We are giving this as a gift and would have liked the info pack to seem a little more official.

Actually suprised at the quality and professionalism of this business. I’m in Australia and was a bit of a sceptic about the purchase but the certificate and packaging was so elegant and well presented and it’s fab being able to see the land online.

Highland Titles, which sell souvenir plots of Scottish land, and in conjunction, the right to use the titles "Lord," "Lady," or "Laird". While these companies own the land, the plots are too small to be legally registered for ownership, and the titles are not officially recognized, making them essentially nominal.
Please note
* You obtain a personal right to a souvenir plot of land. We remain as the registered landowner and manage the land on your behalf. You will be addressed as Lord or Lady of Ardmore by us and within our 300,000+ strong community. Please note you cannot buy a noble title. This is for enjoyment purposes only.
So no you do not own anything
