Initially told me it takes 1-3 business days to unlock my iPhoneX. After a week contacted them, they said it will be unlocked within 1-2 days. After more than 3 weeks of waiting and a number if emails exchanged with them, got a refund of 129 and was told they can not unlock it and to contact my carrier. Walked to AT&T store near me then called the customer service from store and had my phone unlocked within one day. It cost me the same $129(amount I owed on my AT&T plan when upgraded to newer iPhone) . What a waste of my time with these guys.

The unlock process did work well however they led me on for 14 days before providing me with the unlock code. First it was an email stating to wait 1-6 days, then another 1-6 days, then 2 days. Do not use if you have any sort of timeline!

Had an issue specific to my phone. Eventually I found out I was entering in details wrong. Sent a few emails back and forth with staff until they pointed out the issue and code worked flawlessly. Above and beyond what they needed to do.

Its not the first time to use this website i like it I never have any problems with it

It has already been 1 week and half and still haven't unlocked my device. There customer service is really slow, there is only one representative to speak to. It's the same person everytime, so that explains why I'm on hold for so long everytime. Also about 15 minutes into the hold i get disconnected everytime for some reason. Maybe it's because they only have one person working the phone. Save yourself some time and use another website

I recommend cellphoneunlock.net because is cheap but the customer support is a little poor, slow response compared to others similar sites.

Horrible service. Do not use. They dont reply to emails. They quote immediate service on website and then have 3 days in their terms.
