This company is a joke.Do not buy from them.Im still trying to get my money back.Said it was delivered, but it had gone to the wrong address and person. Offered 30% back ,even tho it haven't even recived the items,Still going backwards and forwards. Now offering me 50% back.I keep telling them I want the full £30 back,im not paying for stuff iv not had.They are scammeres,stay clear of them

I placed an order with this company and, after three weeks, it still had not been dispatched or received. I contacted customer service to request a cancellation and refund, as the order had not been sent.
Instead of resolving the issue, I was initially told that the order had already been sent and that they could not issue a refund. After several back-and-forth emails and repeatedly disputing this, I eventually received my refund.
Unfortunately, that was not the end of the matter. A few weeks later, I was charged twice again, despite the previous issue supposedly being resolved.
The amount of time, effort and frustration I have had to spend trying to resolve what should have been a straightforward issue is completely unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to stay away from this company and think very carefully before placing an order. My experience with their customer service, order handling and subsequent charges has been extremely disappointing.
I would not recommend this company.
They put a recurring charge on my credit card after I made ONE purchase. The items are useless anyway. There is absolutely no response after I email them to ask about the recurring charge. SCAM.

I ordered a 2 for 1 package at 53.98. I only received 1 package. I do not like the product and called to cancel within 2 weeks,60 day refund policy.
I was waiting on the phone for 1 hour 22 minutes before someone answered. There was a communication issue as the person struggled with English. She told me I had to go though the next billing cycle before I could cancel. I told her I wanted the full refund and of course I would return product .I was told I could not do that and would be billed again for products I do not like or want. She said send email.wrote an email at that time with no responce.now I have been billed again. Sent another email, no response. I am frustrated and very disappointed in the product and the lack of customer service. If by some chance they make it right I will amend this. If not I highly recommend no one order or use these products. I feel scammed.
It has been over a week and three emails written to give back the product, and no reply. I will now have to send an email through a legal. Be careful, I strongly advise buying from them
I received my order and did not like them,and now I receive an email saying my next order is being shipped and a pending transaction for payment is on my bank statement! I didn't even order anymore! I'm sick to death of these hidden subscriptions! Be wary of this! Plus there is no way to cancel it,no option!
