I ordered my daughter a drake cutout.. It came in with some small scuffs on the shoulder i submitted this over to Support and they took care of me right away and were able to send a replacement out . Very great Customer Service and made sure i was happy and very responsive . I would definitely be ordering from this company again

i emailed them and within 20 minutes i had a reply and a replacement on the way
1st class service from start to finish

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. I didn't receive my order due to Christmas and royal mail. Literally asked me to wait a couple of days and a replacement was sent when it didn't arrive. Absolutely brilliant. Don't hesitate to order, amazing company.

Great customer service from Sasha! The postal service was slow and I checked wiht them - nothing was too much trouble and they offered to remedy if it didnt arrive.
Wish other companies adopted the same approach in looking after thier customers.
My mate loved her cut out of Mr Donovan. Christmas sorted!

Husband and I both ordered this for a gift. Contacted seller and they immediately cancelled one for us with no problem. It was just an error on our part. The ordered one arrived very quickly with no hassle. Not that I would this for myself but granddaughter specifically asked for it, and it is fine, just as described.

This review was the very first we knew of a problem with delivery. The minute we got the feedback we contacted our customer to apologise and agreed to send replacement masks which were received the next day.
Our customer was delighted with our response and promised to review her comment and rating based on our attention to her issue and our urgent resolution.
She has not done that to date which is really disappointing.
